Delicious food with so many options. Healthy options as well as lots of comfort food. Bread lovers paradise. Desserts and treats galore. Cozy and comfortable dining. I love that they have some dairy-free options for breads, soups and salads.

I love kneaders! There sandwich’s and bread are very delicious! I always get the French dip and I love it. They will some times have free samples as well which I also enjoy. Overall if you want to get a fantastic loaf of bread come here or if you want a nice warm meal this is your spot. I will say it normally does take a minute to get your food. But other than that I have no complaints

Kneaders is a solidly decent place to get a sandwich and some soup. It can get a bit loud in the dining area and the set up of the ordering area feels cramped and slightly stressful as it’s not very large and there is a lot of stuff in that area.
Sometimes the service seems really rushed and it would be nice if they had menus available that people could look at while they stand in line.
The bread is about when you’d get in a nicer grocery store but not of the quality that you would find in a good bakery. The same goes for the pastries that they have on offer. They aren’t particularly inspired or creative.
It can feel a bit loud in the dining area and you will have to bus the table yourself. For the prices that they charge it would be a nicer experience to have waitresses and a more comfortable dining area in my opinion.

I have eaten at Kneaders before and liked it well enough. But I went last night with my husband for a quick dinner before a movie. First off, I was shocked at the total of our dinner. We got a whole veggie sandwich with a cup of soup and drink, and 1/2 of a ham sandwich with cup of soup and drink and it was $31! I might have been fine with that if the food had been good but the sandwiches were sub par at best. The veggie sandwich had so few toppings compared to other places that it was laughable (tomato, avocado, lettuce and minimal red onions. I requested no cheese). I wish I would have taken photos of how slim it was. And the amount of meat on the ham sandwich, for the price, was sad. The soup was delicious as always but the “cup” is maybe 1/4 cup of soup. The eating area was clean, and not busy, and the the service was great, but I won’t be returning to kneaders unless I get a hankering to waste some money.

Our family has been going to kneaders for years. Unfortunately, this was our last time. Could not believe the prices and the small portions for soup, sandwiches, salads, and pies. Two of us spent over $50 for two salads, two cups of soup, and two small pieces of pie. This used to be a great place and we enjoyed going there but we are really looking forward to Zupas opening up in Idaho Falls. We are hoping for a better experience.
The staff, however, we’re very nice as usual.
Thank you for so many years of good food. Wish you the best of luck.

Ordered the bacon, turkey, avocado sandwich with NO onions. Got plenty of onions and NO avocados. Girl even repeated my order, and when she gave it to me, even said with no onions. If I hadn’t lived 10 miles away, I would have taken it back and asked for a refund. I totally hate onions. Yes, had to take them off, but still had the taste of onions. And NO taste of avocados. Sat in line for 10-15 minutes, and didn’t even get what I wanted. This has happened before…but still went back, but not this time. So disappointed.

I don’t understand how a restaurant can NOT post prices on their menu. Their excuse was that the menu changes all the time. Prices change all the time in a grocery store but they still post them. That makes no sense. I ordered a cinnamon roll and when I got to window to pick it up the girl proceeded to lecture me about the “no price menu” and that it was a decision corporate made. I figured that but it’s a stupid decision. The cinnamon roll was small, stale, tasteless and expensive. I will not be back.

Good food but always so slow getting it out. Ordered a bakery item from the cabinet and had to wait 10 minutes to get just a cinnamon roll. Wish they would just go grab them out right when you ordered.

we ordered some lunch from kneaders & I have never had such crappy service or food, I normal love the Thai Salad and it was 1/2 the size it normal is and had old cabbage with the butt inside of my food and no Thai dressing and the raspberry pie I got was up side down in the to go box looked like someone step on it. It will be along time before I come back to Kneaders you need help if you want to keep your customers happy……..

1st time to visit a Kneaders restaurant. There was a long line to order, but you wait next to a bakery display case. So it gave me more of a chance to decide between all of the yummy looking treats.
I chose a chocolate croissant, a raspberry tart, and a turkey avocado salad. Everything was awesome!
It’s good that we shared the salad and treats because the menu choices were pretty pricey. We still left feeling satisfied.
The atmosphere was casual, clean, and pleasant. The decorations were cute and I saw a place that appeared where you can make and purchase gift baskets. There were no prices or instructions marked and no one to ask for help, so I can only assume.
We sat next to the window and soaked up some sun. I gave lower score for service because of the long wait and the only interaction we had with staff was the cashier who wasn’t friendly or helpful. She was just there to take orders, and seemed upset because she was busy. I don’t know. But it didn’t feel like a good first impression to a new business as a customer. The stars I gave were for the cleanliness.
Updated 1/25, changed service score to a 4. Staff was all pleasant this time, but couldn’t still answer a simple menu question. They were just happy with I don’t know. So we didn’t buy the item we were asking about. The food we did buy was very good and fresh.
Update 10/08/25, my husband loves buying the big bags of bread ends here. It’s a good price ($3.99) for that much fresh bread and we enjoy the variety of slices. The family makes toast or sandwiches with them.
