Daquan C. was our waiter at IHOP in North Augusta,SC.
He was on top of everything constantly bringing us refills and asking us if we need anything. We noticed that he was the only one working the floor and taking orders and waiting on everyone! I would like to know who the owner is of this IHOP to let them know he was on top of everything and did his job very well! He needs to be noticed with a raise and employee of the month! He needs to rewarded for his hard work and dedication to his job! The cook Mr. Keith cooked the food fast and it was very delicious hot and fresh. They are both hard dedicated workers! I’ve been to this IHOP many times before and it has never been a good experience all those times. With these two gentlemen working my family and I will most certainly be back! Thank you IHOP show these two your appreciation for there outstanding work ethics! They definitely deserve a raise!!!!!

Walked into the establishment not a single person in sight. Stood in the front for 10 minutes, looked around near the kitchen. the back of the house seen us but they all walked away. Stayed for another 10 minutes so see if they cared but we just left and went to sunrise grill best breakfast in the area! How is ihop even open in north Augusta and the website listed doesn’t work already tried to contact someone , you definitely need to get new people in the morning they don’t care about business at all.

Shenice was so so nice and deserves the raise we were here after a busy day and hungry and came at 11:45 and she served us with a smile and made sure everything was alright and she deserves a raise today! She served us every minute till we left at 12:32 after closing and the cook did awesome with our food tonight. By far the best time we had here at IHOP. We dine here often and she was great, wait was quick inside was clean and she was polite and swift.

I was in here with my wife the other day, one thing we love to do is just sit back and watch how the servers work and we had one of the BEST experiences we have EVER had here. This was a new server they have here she said her name is Courtney and I just had to give her praise we honestly wasn’t EVER going to come back here! But that server completely changed us! And we WILL be returning just for her! Our food came out fast, she stayed attentive towards us the entire time we never had to wait for a refill NOT once. She definitely knows what she’s doing and she stayed busy the entire time was cleaning other servers tables and making sure ALL the guests were satisfied I haven’t seen any type of customer service like that in here AT ALL! Truly remarkable

I’m not sure if we caught the end of a busy morning but I’m not coming here anymore. Food was cold, waitress was forgetful and I’m not sure she knew what she was doing. Eggs hashbrowns and ham takes a couple minutes to cook up on a griddle and it looked old and weathered. BOH needs better direction and management can do better on the customer experience.

Best experience my family and I had eating out at a restaurant in a while. We had our toddler with us and there was a very nice atmosphere, accommodating and attentive server (Maleki or Malachi), the chef made the food delicious and nothing needed sauce and none of it was dry everything was flavorful. Those stake tips were seasoned and tender! 10/10 highly recommend.
Mind you we did go at 330am.

There was a long queue on a holiday, and it seemed like the restaurant wasn’t prepared for the crowd. We waited for a while but decided to leave since no one was managing or assisting the guests waiting in line. It would be better if they had someone organizing the waitlist and updating customers about the status of their tables.
