I’ve given this place 4-5 chances and I’m completely over it now. I just ordered an avocado sandwich with cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. The bread was hard, the avocado was rotten and the girl at the window gave me the wrong order. Once she figured it out she handed me just the sandwich and forgot the soup and drink. I waited for 10 minutes and it was an online order. Once everything was corrected I was still missing my baguette. The food is super basic and isn’t worth the money.

The soups are seasonally and daily rotated, which is a bummer because they had their first and only vegan option switched out recently (coconut lentil soup). Pretty great place to grab breakfast and danishes. Only marked it down a star because kids food came out late, but they gave us a free loaf of bread to make up for it. But also food was average. Pancakes and bread were great, but eggs were a little over cooked. I would recommend for their gift baskets, bakery items, pancakes, and jam!

I came in today for a take out. No one greeted me. I asked what soups, the girl pointed at a sign. Still no words from her. The only thing she asked was a name for the order. Another girl didn’t say anything word put my bag on the counter and walked away without saying it was mine. I left saying”really friendly people you have working here” I won’t return.

I was so disappointed. Wanting to attend the Taste of Kneaders I went to the store on Bass Pro Drive (Colorado Springs) to buy tickets. The young girl at the cash register looked at me with a blank stare and said she didn’t know anything about it.
She asked a young man behind the counter and he didn’t know what time it was scheduled for and said he thought it might involve tasting breads but didn’t know anything more.
Obviously, the right hand didn’t talk to the left hand.

Fantastic service a week ago at the drive thru. But today was Fantastic. Pretty sure we spoke with the owner. He was awesome, super friendly, and super nice. Gave my son an extra cookie. Already our season visit, we will be back.
