I’ve never had a bad cup of coffee from KLVN. They also literally have amazing cups made of clay pottery that makes you feel good when you hold it like a bowl with both palms of your hands during wintertime. KLVN has the perfect mixture of 2cool4u cafe vibe along with the cozy neighborhood cafe vibe at the same time that welcomes all kinds of people. Don’t forget to try their world-famous-soon-to-be salted waffle on the weekend.

Izze had a matcha latte, she said it’s really good. Luke had a coffee, he said he hasn’t tried it yet. Charla had a hot chocolate and she exclaimed it is delicious! I had a coffee, it tasted pretty darn good! Little baby Clementine had H20 and giggled, water! They seem to allow dogs in, which is good if you like dogs, which I do. They also allow little people which is nice. Overall, fun place to get some caffeine!

Great coffee and space to spend a day, but it’s a little hard to get to without a car. The cafe has a very unique decor and spacious layout. The baristas are friendly and there’s always new seasonal items to check out. I really like the iced latte and mocha, which have very smooth flavors with a good amount of milk, and are also available decaf.

This place is absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is totally unique for the Pittsburgh area and honestly is enough to keep me coming back, but then there’s the coffee. I had the Cappuchino and while the foam was a little weak the drink itself was superb. It was one of those experiences where it got better the more you had. The staff was charming and beyond pleasant. Overall it’s been the most memorable coffee shops I’ve been to in a very long time.

I liked the place a lot. The cappuccino had the right consistency and mouth feel. It was mellow and velvety. I prefer it a bit stronger though. Loved the lemon poppyseed muffin. Also, I have to say the hand soap feels great!!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Pittsburgh. The lattes are smooth – almost like they’re nitro…but instead just expertly steamed milk. I mean…they are SO SMOOTH. The espresso and milk just fit perfectly together. I have yet to have an average latte here. Truly spectacular.

as far as i could tell there were only 2 power outlets in the whole place seating 20+. My drink came quite slow, at least 3 people behind me in line got their drink before me, and one of them ordered essentially the same thing as me. the barista was also not friendly at all. luckily their matcha latte was pretty good, but still i don’t think i’ll be coming back

According to the owner, BLM. EXCEPT of course, if the black life is inhabiting some prime real estate worth hundreds of thousands, esp if they can steal it out from under them for a fraction of what it’s worth.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Pittsburgh. I’m from out of state and would kill to have a place like this closer to home. Their beans are the best I’ve ever had and it’s a tradition to stop in and buy a couple bags anytime I’m in the area.

Let’s start off with the fact that I’m not a big coffee drinker… I’m more of a coffee in my cream kinda girl, so the fact that I ordered a decaf latte and could drink it without any sweetener says a lot. I mean, their coffee is that Good! I went back and tried the Maple decaf latte, and I had to pull over to fully experience it… I went back Again and got drinks for my co-workers, and even with one of them being a straight-up and down coffee connoisseur, rave reviews. The staff? Beautiful. Engaging. Knowledgeable. Patient.. which is important because you might feel a little out of your league with all the options, especially for somebody like me! The vibe in this place is phenomenal, to say the least! Their website doesn’t even scratch the surface as far as pictures go to capture the vibe, so you must go and check it out for yourself. Take your work computer, homework, friends or whatever because this place is it! Shout out to my Malibu boo, who recommended this place. It’s definitely a game changer! Pittsburgh needs more places like this! Oh! And they make gluten-free goodies too! The cookies? Omg.
