Located just inside of the Reading Regional Airport, Klinger’s provides great food and a fun and friendly environment for all to enjoy. There is an enclosed patio along the airport runway which included large awnings and a kids playset. The dining room is very flexible for larger parties and there is live music during dinner every Friday and Saturday. There is plenty of free parking in the main airport parking lot and we are located before security, just inside of the lobby. Reservations suggested for large parties (10 or more people)

I have to say, I don’t think I can come here ever again. Yeah, maybe it’s cool that it’s at an airport, and there are a few single plane engines there, and even a playground for the kids. But the food…I’d rather go elsewhere. The steak was disappointing. It was cooked as requested (medium rare) but even still it was veiny and tough. It had the consistency of 3D printed meat. I also had the shrimp since it was a special and that was also lackluster. The seasoning for the shrimp was on the shells…and no seasoning on the meat. As a result, the shrimp was bland. Service was regular. Prices were too high for the quality of food you get. #bechego

Oh how to begin? Klingers at the Airport is blessed beyond words because they have two amazing servers/hosts. Anthony and Esteban were and always provide superior service, kindness, their smiles and their care are wonderful. These two young men are an example of what we need more of. We had a great visit today! They are very kid friendly. Our server was very nice and did a great job. They have a nice menu and everything we had was tasty. We tried a few types of wings, Reuben egg rolls, Shepherds Pie and a taco bowl. Afterwards the kids played in the playground and we watched a plane take off. I hope to come back when the weather is warmer because they look like they will have outdoor seating.

Inside Reading airport Klingers does have a lovey airplane theme with model airplanes hanging from the ceiling. I was there with a fairly large group. The waitress was nice but seemed very much in a hurry. My husband order the build your own burger I ordered the crab cakes and we shared a order of nachos with pulled pork. The nachos were phenomenal and they did skimp on the pork. Th fresh sliced jalapeños were very hot which was shocking. My husband’s burger and fries were good and large portions. The crab cakes were so so. There were lots of pieces of shells in them that I had to fish out of my mouth. Favor was somewhat bland. I have had much better. Over all I do recommend the rest of the food looked amazing.

I have never had a bad meal at Klingers. I especially like the brisket platter. Generous portions. The boneless wings are also another favorite. They have a children’s menu. In the warmer months, an enclosed outside play area with seating is a big hit.

We are local to the area and head to Klingers about once a year. The service is decent. The host left us in the dust, threw menus on the table and walked past us as we were on our way to the table. Our server was very pleasant and fast, however, one of our drinks never showed up so we asked for it when the girl (not our waitress) dropped off main food. We had an appetizer prior to the drink being delivered. Both of us had a variation of the chipped ribeye and it was very good. Prices were reasonable. I think next time we stop in, I’ll give the Stromboli a shot. There are a ton of things on the menu to try so maybe we will stop in more often. My only complaint is that it was loud. You can barely talk to the people sitting at your table. Lots of people were singing at the bar and seemed to be enjoying themselves – this is not a complaint, they seemed to be having fun so I’d never be annoyed about that – but it did make it even harder to have a conversation at the table.

Everthing was five star.
Thursday was seafood day. Had some steamed shrimp as an app and they even kicked up the cocktail sauce with some extra horse radish. Then had the French dip steak sandwich. Their homemade chips were delicious.
Wifey had the haddock bites and fries which was also delicious.

Klingers at the airport is one of a kind in Pennsylvania, you can enjoy excellent food while watching planes land and takeoff, very breathtaking if you ask me. The owner “Mark” is very professional and cares about his customers experience! Mark can be seen interacting with customers and taking input on how to improve customer service so a rewarding experience can be achieved on a consistent basis, this is rare these days! 5 stars here from me!

We have ordered the wings from the establishment over the years and have never had issues until recently.
We there on 2/8/2026 to pick up a to go oder of 50 wings.
As we stood there waiting, staff members ( Female with Dark hair and glasses and a male ( he was getting his coat on to leave) were seated along the counter complaining LOUDLY. The complaints from the employees were concerning – They both stated that all the orders tonight are going to be crazy messed up like last super bowl.
The girls ( a waitress came over and joined the two staff members who were there she was counting her tips and complaining ) chuckled and said yes and the male proceeded to say how people didn’t receive the right amount of wings, sauces were missing burgers weren’t cooked right..ect..
The female who rang us up looked miserable and wasn’t talkative.
As we waited for our wings to be completed – I could see and hear staff members in the back complaining ( they were loud), we also noticed that some of the staff members that were handling food had no hair nets or gloves while handling food.
This establishment either needs a manager or some kind of training for some of the personel that currently work here.
