The food looked very appealing to the eyes but I was so disappointed. The cabbage was hard and undercooked. The meat seemed as tho it was leftovers from a few days ago. The rice just okay because it was the only thing with flavor. Overall I wouldn’t order from here again.

Terrible service now I’ve been here before and I say it was OK. It was just OK but it was worth giving another try so I went back. They have some old lady who portrayed as she does not want to be at work. She’s huffing and puffing like what do I want, I’m coming in for I thought a restaurant to spend the 57.00 dollars She charged me then did not take all the money off of my card so I had to be honest and give them the other half of the payment because obviously she does not know how to work the register. I pay an extra eight dollars for extra jerk chicken and got one chicken leg with some scraps burnt. The cabbage was not done and the rice was dry as hell. And as I was waiting and observing customers come in, I saw a guy get a whole free meal. He had his money out waiting to pay, but the lady was so confused. I guess because it was a call in order so the man in the back that was cooking now gotta come up front and mess with money and try to take the orders, but he don’t know what’s going on so the guy sitting there looking at me and I’m looking at him and they give him his food, he’s trying to literally wait and pay with his card in hand but it was just a hot mess. I decided to take my tastebuds to Cleveland’s KJs Jamaican Cuisine. The food was amazing tasty, spicy, & plentiful. I love Jamaican food. If you want a real Jamaican food experience go visit KJs in Cleveland’s Uptown Harvard area.. I ordered the Jerk Chicken with cabbage & rice. The food was delicious flavorful & really hit the spot. Jamaican food usually is highlighted by Jerk Chicken & the several spices they cook with. I highly recommend checking this quality great service restaurant if ever you’re visiting the Cleveland area. This was my 2nd time eating here & im sure it won’t be the last. Here is a view of the meal I ordered. I hope everyone enjoys this fabulous establishment & share your own experiences. By the time this uploads I’ll be at 500,000 viewers on my review page. I want to thank & show my gratitude & appreciation to everyone who has been with me watching this journey. This spot has mouth watering dishes. The chicken patties are so , great price points, friendly customer service, the cooks in there really cook with soul. I’m in there at least once or twice a month.

The jerk chicken was dry and lacked any Caribbean flavor, it tasted more like bbq. The rice and peas were hard and flavorless, and the cabbage was really undercooked but, oddly out of everything had the most flavor. The food overall was very disappointing and tasted old, it was hot when I got it but, I can tell it had been heated and not cooked fresh.

The lady in the front had a super bad attitude the moment we walked in we were excited to try out this Jamaican spot but let down by the service and quality of the food. I will not be returning. Pin pins has better service and authentic Jamaican food better than this place I was disappointed. I had Mac and oxtails the Mac was days old and super salty the oxtails were ok and the rice and cabbage gets a 6 overall 5/10rating
