Very nice atmosphere, laid back and relaxed, and very casual.
Food is very delicious and fresh. It’s overall a very home cooked country meal type restaurant.
Service, while slow, is still phenomenal. Definitely worth the wait for how delicious the food is. My eggs were cooked to a perfect over medium.

I had the breakfast special and it was very good I enjoyed it. The hometown feeling of the restaurant felt like I was in Mayberry, and the staff was polite warm and friendly. Will definitely eat there again!

They are the community Staple. Good country style breakfast and cafeteria style lunch. Ace Dull the original owner recently passed away. They still carry on with his style of cooking except the coconut meringue pie…oh my…it WAS delicious.

Very good country breakfast diner. Some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. Gravy biscuits are really good too. Hash browns are a little on the plain side I wish they put more onions maybe a little more seasoning, But they’re still good. The wait staff is one of the best parts, super nice and welcoming. Coffee’s nice and black always fresh. Wish I had gotten some pictures of the plates but they look so good we just dig in and forget about the pictures, . But you definitely can’t go wrong going to breakfast here.

Good local breakfast. Best liver mush I have ever eaten. Also my first liver much. It was worth trying and is a lot better than it sounds. In fact it is nothing like it sounds. It is not mush and doesn’t have a liver taste.

Went here two days ago yes they have a hiring sign up but no excuse for hubby and I having to walk outa there without eating. First the sorry waitress had took our order for drinks and food she apparently had her son at work too but she couldn’t manage to multitask she paid her son more attention then the customers sitting there very frustrating because it was taking the lady cook everything as far as breakfast goes only 45 minutes. The cook I watched thrue the window was constantly wiping her nose ontop of her hand she’s holding the spatula to cook with. She seen me watch her j
Yet didn’t care and carried on to do the same continues instead of stopping and washing her hands and blow her nose. The waitress forgot our coffee and soda of course I finally got up and had to tell her are u going to bring us drinks at least. So also I noticed the waitress looked the front door at 10:15 when they close at 10:30 I used to be able to walk in there at 10:15 before and grab breakfast np. Yep sure used to eat here but it was a different waitress and cook I understand that good help can be hard to find but just being plan sorry is no excuse. I hope they find better people. We will definitely wait awhile before we return and see what happens
