It was amazing! My first time there when they first opened it had the spicy kimchi miso ramen and it was amazing. This time I had pork belly amd mushroom ramen while my parents had amazing sushi and ramen bowls too. Keep up the good work!!

I dont know what took me so long to write a review here, but we have been coming here for almost a year on a monthly basis, and it never disappoints. We try to get something different every time and everything we have tried has been fresh and delicious. We love the ambience and the small setting of this restaurant, it’s very intimate and makes for a perfect date night. The portions are perfectly sized and leave you very satisfied. We made it through the entire sushi menu, and can’t wait to try the ramen. The poke bowls are delicious as well. The staff are always so pleasant and make us feel at home every time we come. I’m so glad we found this place! Everything we got was delicious. The rolls were beautifully plated & the seaweed salad was so fresh – yum, all so good! They have a sweet staff, and the dining area was clean & cozy. We’ll be back soon and often!

This was a small spot but the food was worth it! Looks bigger on the outside but what stood out the most to me were the little details. They had napkins with really nice roses printed on them that really added to the vibe of the place. It was pretty packed when we arrived (a party of 4) but once the food arrived it came in beautiful bowls and was some of the best ramen I’ve had. My girlfriend got the vegetarian ramen and it came in an extra large bowl she also got some sushi on the side that was made just to her liking. I got the Tonkotsu bowl and it was flavored really well and pretty good overall. I would come back here, but would recommend checking how full the restaurant is ahead of time so you don’t have to wait as long to be served, but I definitely see what all the hype is about!

First time here. We went for lunch, it was quiet. The service was excellent, she recommended the spicy kimchi ramen and it did not disappoint. The best pork belly I’ve ever had. The dumpling appetizer was very good and my son really liked the sushi lunch special.

Normally I would gatekeep something like this, but I really don’t want to see this place disappear once all the snowbirds leave.
First of all, and probably the most important thing, the prices here are perfect for Charlotte County. Only $15 for a bowl of ramen is perfect. Don’t ever change the prices!
The food was incredibly tasty, the sushi was nice and fresh as well, and the service was pleasant. Our server was very attentive and kind. We will definitely be back here again soon! It’s going to be a new regular spot for us! (:

Great Lunch at Kiwami today. The service was prompt and friendly , small cozy place w an extensive sushi/sashimi , ramen, bowls, etc menu. I opted out for hot green tea w honey , Ocean roll and Lunch Sashimi special. The tea was hot and delicious, the sushi and sashimi was very fresh and delicious. My fav was Salmon sashimi that really melted in the mouth. Very good !! Will be back to this newly opened Port Charlotte gem.

I will go back and try different menus. I did remove one star because of the kimchi ramen. It’s a little over cooked and I’m not a fan of the taste but that’s a personal preference. The takoyaki, the gyoza and the caterpillar sushi was the best. I enjoyed my time dining here. Everyone from the server to the chefs behind the counter was very welcoming.

We have ordered sushi from here twice in the past month. Both times we ordered through their website. The order was ready when they said it would be. The staff are always friendly and the establishment looks very clean. The sushi has been delicious and fresh. We’ve never eaten inside, but there is a nice seating area if that’s your preference. We would love for this place to stay busy and open!!!
