Located in South Maui gardens, this truck is definitely worth a stop. i had the Kauai shrimp which were delicious, with freshly made papaya salad. the gentleman who took my order was knowledgeable and told us about the different menu items. others were ordering the venison loco moco, and the chicken curry or chicken plate.

Blown away by this “food truck”! We visited South Maui Gardens 4 times and splurged on our last night with the Tomahawk steak dinner and it was SO worth it. One of the most delicious meals we had on this island. And they were so accommodating finding us a dry seat in the rain. Exceptional!

Seriously, the food we had (braised beef and an octopus dish) was fabulous. Tiny little operation near one end of the Maui gardens area (where you will find a sea of food trucks and pleasant outdoor seating). We just might go back tonight!

Such a great dinner! Highly recommend the tri-tip special, or anything they are smoking in the Traeger. Great desserts & sourdough in their connected restaurant. Recommend walking the market and shops while you’re there. Great spot in Maui.

One of the best food trucks at the oasis!! We got the octopus and braised maui beef and they were both so delicious. Octopus was perfectly cooked, and braised beef came accompanied by crispy rice and papaya salad. There is a large seating area with shaded options. The staff was also super friendly. Wish we discovered this spot earlier during our trip (we only found it on our last night), otherwise we would have come back to try more! I find a lot of the restaurants/food trucks can be hit or miss in Kīhei, but Kitoko is definitely a big hit!

We had the Lobster and Grilled octopus( can’t remember the name ) it was amazing. It would melt in your mouth. The live jazz music is an added bonus. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Loved this place! 10/10

Food: I was so disappointed about the flavors in my dish. I don’t think they went well together or tasted good. The veggies were on the harder side although their fish was tender and their crispy rice had a good crunch. Their presentation was beautiful though!
Service: Friendly staff although they take a while to get your order out.
Atmosphere: Place is in a food truck location so there’s plenty of outdoor seating. However, we had to move multiple times because there were so many flies and ants at our tables. Great for large parties and kid-friendly.

Went here because of the stellar reviews and it does not disappoint. Friendly people who cook up the dishes right in front of you, plenty of beautiful outdoor seating, and incredible food!!! Got the pork belly with ube gnocchi and sides of pickled red onion and pineapple slaw.
