I ordered 2 hot honey catfish meal and a regular catfish meal and a dessert. I didn’t receive the dessert so i requested a refund for that. Overall food was fresh and the catfish was crisp despite the hot honey sauce. This sides were yummy. I will definitely order again.

I have patronized this restaurant before, and had a very pleasant experience, however, I came today at 6:30 and the doors were already locked while staff was preparing to leave. Please update the time of closing if it has changed. Thank you, and blessings

Ma’am there was no reason to be rude. I didn’t come off as rude, so that response wasn’t warranted. Everyone has something to do, and I have children that are MORE important than YOU as well. All I said was can there be a notice or a warning that if the last call was at 6:30, could it be stated. I don’t see the problem with what I said. And truth be told, I actually tried to put an order in on UberEats at 6:08, but was unable, because the restaurant said it was busy and not taking online orders, so I just drove to the restaurant. I have even looked on your Facebook, and there says nothing about a 6:30 last call. The attitude you have just reeks of nasty disposition. But I will take the high road, and just not patronize anymore. Your food ain’t that damn good to talk to people they way you did me for no apparent reason. God bless. (Don’t delete your comment that you made to me. You said it with your whole chest, so stand on it)

KISHA GYRLLLLL …….. My big girl scale just tipped over! . Now why you have to do a sister like that? Food was flavorful and delicious. The kool aid was koolaiding ,lol if that’s even a word!! First impressions are everything and the service str8 in the door was welcoming , the food was great and well proportioned .The chicken cooked perfect and still juicy and not over cooked! The yams and greens nicely seasoned. Gyrl….We about to be best friends because I’m coming back for the lamb chop dinner , the stuff salmon and even the ribeye steak dinner and maybe desert! Keep it coming! Yal better get there! . The Black foodies led me there.

Had to stop by on her last day at her location. Congrats on the new space and award. My baked chicken was decent but everything else like the sides were oh so good. My guy finished his food like in 5 minutes, said his favorite was the yams. Thats how you do Sunday dinner!

Came in to pick up a grub hub order on 12/18/25 @2:12pm. I walk in and there’s a lady sitting at the register with her head down in her phone. I approach the register and she took about five seconds to acknowledge me with out even looking up at me still eyes in phone says how can I help u in a not so pleasant way. I responded I have a pick up gave the name and then she pulled her face up from the phone to go check for the order I needed to pick up. Then she goes it’s not ready yet and then places her head back down in her phone. As I continued to sit there and wait for the order other people were coming in and this same young lady did not greet one customer. Customers would come in and say hello how you doing and she would just stare at them not responding. One customer said how you doing twice not sure if the lady behind the register heard her and she still just stared at them not saying anything. She stared at customers waiting for them to just state their order it was unbelievable. Needless to say I’ve never heard of this place before today and based on this interaction alone I will not be patronizing this business. People have to do better with their customer service it truly goes a long way.
