**Updated. We were able to go while it was open, and try their coffee and ice-cream. It is in fact as good as they say. Service was good.
**We arrived at 9:03 pm, well before the posted closing time of 9:30 pm, and found a girl closing the door with the open flag already taken down. We explained that we had come from Wheeling and it was our first visit. We asked if we could order just a couple of cones, but were told, “I’ve already washed all the dishes — we’re open tomorrow at 11.” We made it clear that we came tonight because we couldn’t return the next day.
If you are not going to serve customers until your posted closing time, then your hours should reflect that. I’ve already submitted a change of operating hours on Google to help prevent other customers from having the same situation.
