Kirby’s is a great steakhouse that offers a variety of steak options. I was especially interested in their Mishima reserve cuts and I was really impressed. I really enjoyed the blend of fat and meat in the ribeye, it was very tender without cutting on the beef flavor. 10/10 steak. The lamb chops were pretty good. It was pepper crusted lamb chops that weren’t gamey or tough. The mashed potatoes are some of the best I’ve ever had. The Mac and cheese was pretty boring nothing much to it. Overall I’d recommend the Mishima reserve cuts and the mashed potatoes 100%

Restaurant is really nice. It’s inside the casino but has soo many options. Restaurant is smaller so feels like there’s way too many tables. Server had a lot of tables so service wasn’t as prompt but it was understood. We started with some soup and a sushi roll. For our main course decided on steak and mushroom risotto.

This was our ten year anniversary dinner and Kirby’s did an excellent job. I had the sea bass, baked potato and shrimp cocktail. My husband had the filet, crab cake and soup. Everything was excellent. When we first arrived they sat us at a table right outside the kitchen, we could hear the music from the kitchen and in the restaurant. I asked to move and they accommodated us. I didn’t want to spend our anniversary listening to the kitchen, the combo music and people continually passing by with food or whatever. The hosts should think about this during seating, other than that, it was great. We’ve been here a few times and they always have excellent service and food.

Jared knew menu, emphasizing chef’s skills,, & made perfect recommendation for my meal.
Jared kept me informed of the progress of mowne meal, despite having several groups of diners
Jared is certainly a great representation for Kirby’s.
My salad was chilled , my steak was cooked to perfection.
Jared also checked in check in with me at appropriate intervals to be sure everything was as I ordered.
Brooke, hostess, was also very welcoming and accommodating me in my table selection.
Jennifer, manager, also confirmed with me that everything was kindled as I requested.
The quality and experience was nothing less than I expected from Kirby’s!!

Can’t go wrong with any of the Kirby locations. Food is phenomenal. Go to steakhouse, a little pricey but not a budget buster. Been to the Winstar and Southlake location no issues at either. Last visit at winstar(their only redeeming value, but wife likes to go). The waiter, Drew added to the great food with outstanding service, attentive, but not over bearing, never felt he lost track of us. Back to the food which was phenomenal. of course we had steak, cooked to order, had a real meat flavor, was able to taste the meat and not some overbearing sauce, rub or seasoning. House salad dressing good accompaniment to start the meal, sour dough bread, and the fries, request them extra crisy. With the back of the house hitting it out the park and Drew doing the same, a geat dinner experience added to our wedding anniversary

If I could review a negative star I would. It was my 21st anniversary I made reservations for hotel and spa .Employee at the spa recommended me to go here . As I walked to hostess they said there was no seating. I peaked in it was empty it had 4 tables seated , I said I would wait they promptly said they were taking reservations only and not serving due to them having 2 servers. It was 8pm they closed at 10pm . I went to cowboy restaurant and had 2. Servers and one was hostess. Excellent service there.

He checked on us at just the right times, anticipated what we needed, and treated us with such kindness and professionalism. Truly outstanding service.

We had a Fantastic dinner this evening! Aaron our server was intelligent and very knowledgeable. He helped pair the perfect wine with the delicious sea bass I tried. The asparagus was soft and well seasoned. The Lobster Cargot was delicious and had a perfect creme sauce. All in all the night was amazing and I can’t wait to come back!

Easily the best steaks we’ve ever had the pleasure of eating! The butters and sauces were also superb! I’m so glad I opened with the affogato as well. The service was excellent and the setting is great but I mean it disappears once you bite into your food we will be back for sure. The security head whom I thought was one of the hosts had them bring champagne to us for our anniversary he also seated us. Either way it was such wonderful experience that I dug deep for a great tip. Thank you

I can’t say enough about Kirby’s Steakhouse, the service was phenomenal, the atmosphere was incredible and the food was absolutely perfect. My husband is a food blogger, therefore we ordered an enormous amount of food so that we could try different things on the menu. Needless to say absolutely everything was on point. We usually don’t take the leftovers…. This time we took everything it was so amazing that I am sitting here now having French Onion Soup for breakfast . If you have a chance you have to try Kirby’s, believe me it’s so worth it, my absolute favorite restaurant ❤️ ❤️
