Update on 11/17/25 in response to the owner: I want to clarify that I watched you carefully during my visit; I looked at you more than once while waiting to be seated, and you looked at me and walked past without acknowledgment then asked me if I needed to be helped after you finished talking to your regulars. I’ve visited many small establishments that truly prioritize customer happiness, so your reply was unsettling—not reflective or constructive, but dismissive of my experience. I’m very familiar with what authentic Tonkotsu should taste like, and there is a fine line between a well-prepared cut of pork belly and a poor one. The broth lacked depth, the presentation fell short, and your response did little to inspire confidence. Instead of pushing back against my feedback, I hope you consider using it to improve. Good day.
I visited this restaurant on 11/14/25 hoping for a warm bowl of ramen on a cold night, but the experience fell far short of expectations. Drawn in by the 4.8 rating and its close proximity, I expected at least a welcoming atmosphere. Instead, I stood at the entrance ignored while the man who appeared to be the owner and a server carried on long conversations with two tables. It became clear he was far more focused on regulars than newcomers, which felt off-putting and unwelcoming. Only after several minutes did he finally ask if I needed help.
Although many reviews praised the sushi—perhaps a sign I should have ordered that—I chose my usual Tonkotsu ramen. The presentation was careless, the broth tasted like water with a hint of salt and lacked the richness Tonkotsu requires. The noodles were undercooked, and the pork belly was mostly gelatinous fat with a tough texture, far from the melt-in-your-mouth standard. Even adding chili oil and soy sauce couldn’t save it. I left most of the bowl uneaten and felt my $17.01 was wasted. (In my video that’s all the food that was left over that I did not want to eat)
I’ve been to many ramen spots across New Jersey and New York, and unfortunately, this is one I would not return to. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but either way, I won’t be back.

Best sushi spot for miles! Excellent food, great friendly staff. I recommend the salmon don and the bento boxes. Ten out of ten, anyone says different they are a Karen or competing business.

I’ve gotten take out multiple times and have eaten in once. I absolutely love it! The bento box is my go to and for what you’re paying for, it’s a generous amount of food. They’re orange chicken and bulgogi is my favorite. I also thoroughly enjoy their salad and dressing. You can switch out the sushi in the bento box to one of your choice. The gentleman that’s helped me was always very kind and attentive. I can’t wait to do back!

Gave another chance and ordered delivery including beef bulgogi. The beef tastes really bad and looks just like a pile of torn fat and ligaments. Rotten black salad leaves. Edamame look like they are a couple years old. Ordered sushi in past and also didn’t like, they didn’t taste fresh. Considering this, I won’t risk it to eat their raw fish/sushi or fish rolls. Not looking to deal with parasites. Very questionable, to say the least.

We’ve been here twice now. The first time the waiter and the ramen left such a great impression on us that we wanted to come again and 2 months later, it did not disappoint! The waiter even remembered us from last time! He is very friendly and attentive. Their appetizers, sushi, and ramen are all so delicious. Highly recommend trying this place! We will certainly be back!

Came here for dinner and the food here was really fresh and delicious. We got their bento boxes and sushi. We couldn’t get a bad roll if we tried and the bento boxes of bulgogi and orange chicken were flavorful. The sashimi was really fresh do great quality as well. Limited seating available but it’s worth the wait.

Came here for my birthday and was not disappointed. Sushi rolls were delicious as were the hot items we enjoyed as a table. Prices are very fair, and those mochi pancake dessert tacos were a nice little surprise for the table at the end. I’ll definitely come back.
