Delicious food! Went here with a friend of mine from work and the selection, quality of food, atmosphere, and friendliness of staff were great! Once you enter on the left of the entrance you input your order and the whole process is pretty simple.

I’ve been to this wonderful hole-in-the-wall ramen shop a couple times now– it’s a convenient lunch meeting spot between me and my pastor where we can hole up in a corner and have long and thoughtful conversations. At least when we’ve been (mostly summertime) it hasn’t been too busy, but I expect things would pick up during the school year given the proximity to UTA. Parking options aren’t great, but that’s hardly their fault. The staff is super friendly and didn’t rush us out. Ambiance feels like an authentic Japanese ramen shop. You order from a kiosk and sit down wherever you want and the staff brings you filtered water and utensils.

Order at the kiosk. The food is served promptly. Everything was delicious. The spicy miso had just the right amount of heat.

I loved the vibe of the place! They have two self order registers by the door. You pay before you eat and take a seat. You can see the cooks in the kitchen and the seating is open to sit next to anyone enjoy your food.

This place is the closest authentic japanese ramen i’ve ever try around DFW area. The texture of the noodle, the side dish, the flavor everything is on point and i love that they open until 10 pm. And 11 pm. on weekend (Friday&Saturday) because i’m finish work late night everyday sometime i want some hot soup but no place for me to get it this place is perfect for me and they made it one by one every time they have an order so its fresh make at the restaurant!! If you want to try some great ramen come and try this place!

I think this place is overrated. Tried the Karashi Tonkotsu with habernero via Uber eats. The broth was packaged separately and I could see an oily layer, it also was not flavorful. The noodles were cooked good but I didn’t care for the texture. The pork belly is the star of this dish and was cooked and seasoned well. Considering the price, I think the portion is small and could benefit from more vegetables. There were hardly any greens in the bowl.

1st timer here, my husband and I wanted to try something new. When we arrived the worker opened the door for us and informed us how to place an order. We had decided to sit outside so we wouldn’t feel overwhelmed being in a new place. The waiter took our food out to us and checked on us a few times. Super nice place and cute little place, the food was delicious!
