The food is just okay if you need a quick taste of the type of food. The service ties into the atmosphere because as soon as you open the door you can only take one step in (3ft x3ft space) to place your order. And once you place your order you have to wait outside….in the heat. Not fun when they say it will take 5 mins for your order but have to wait 15 mins for it. If I knew it was gonna take longer I would have just waited in the car. I recommend just ordering ahead of time if this is still the place you want to get food from.

Unfortunately the quality of the food at this location has increasingly gone downhill . They hit bottom recently when they left the chicken out of a chicken dish, later sent out the chicken , but it was undercooked. The one positive was that delivery was relatively quick, but what’s the point if the food is not edible. I have been a loyal customer over the course of 20 years. There are better Chinese restaurants locally , whose ingredients are tastier and prepared with care .

I’ve never been inside but the food has never missed real talk. The white guy that delivers the food is mad chill. The beef lo mein is real good I just wish the sauce would be less sweet and more Tangy the chicken teriyaki sticks are mad good. Made for good left overs too.

I was so hungry and decided to order some chicken chopsuey, and shrimp fried rice. Came home and start eating and found some hair on their chopsuey. Chicken was disgusting , uncooked and no taste at all. Ordered shrimp fried rice and found out no shrimp. It was so disspointing. Never come back in this place ever.

Was looking for a good Chinese place. This place is definitely the best. Food is always hot and taste is amazing. Service is always quick as well even if you just walk up to the counter and place an order they are always quick and friendly. Love getting food here

My favorite Chinese spot in Norfolk, I’m picky when it comes to noodles but Kin Wok does a mean Lo Mein. If you’re feeling adventurous tell them make it spicy, thank you for great food and service.

Great food….use to have good pricing, but the prices for items have gone up significantly. I always order the pepper steak best in the area so far. Other menu items are good, but I go there mostly for the pepper steak. Not liking the price point probably will not go there very often when you can get the same items elsewhere cheaper and get more for your money.

This was my go to Chinese restaurant for 20 years. Food was always delicious. Last night we had the same identical experience as a month ago and I will not be ordering ever again. Something has gone horrifically downhill here. Was quoted 30-45 minute delivery time on the phone. I understand if they are busy. This was a wednesday night, not a weekend. After and hour and a half i called asking where our food was. They said the driver was on the way and please wait a few more minutes. Mind you I live 6 minutes away from the restaurant. Another half hour goes by and still no food. I called after it had been a total of two hours. They said they didn’t know where the driver was. Finally at 2 hours and 15 minutes the food arrives. Cold and gross. The driver was rude and could have cared less. To make matters even more fun they billed me 4 times in a row for the order which I’m now having to make a claim for at the bank since they told “there’s nothing more we can do to help you” NEVER EVER AGAIN!
