I didn’t order foods just some snacks. No idea how the foods taste. The only reason I gave that place 3 stars is because of the service…only one cashier and in between customer she has to go help the food server. It is clean and inviting. I will definitely go again.

I would like to share my review of my experience add this establishment I went to yesterday Monday November 10th. The woman who took my order was very none polite at least to me. I’ve noticed a difference when she spoke to her native Jamaican customers, mind you I am not of Jamaican descent. That should not matter because customer service should be #1. And I did not get that at all. Make it in my first and last time have a patronizing this restaurant. I was just stopping through Stratford and continue my drive to New Rochelle New York. I paid my $17 for my stew chicken and I did not eat it until I got to New York. I distinctly asked the girl to put fork and napkins in the bag. Now I never checked it while I was there. Long behold I get to my venue and reach into the bag for the fork and napkins, well guess what it wasn’t there. And the food was just okay. I think writing this lengthy review would help out another potential customer.

Usually this place is good but honestly today I’m disappointed, it seems like they left food over night and then recooked it at gave it to customers, especially the yam, and banana. I got my food and opened and tasted my food and it was sour. I don’t know if I’ll go back

It’s a no for me. Let me be very clear, this is a review on the curry chicken only. I really wanted to like this place, I did. Especially because of the reviews on Google. I’ve had the curry chicken dish at least 3 times from here just to validate my opinion. Every single time my chicken was dry. DRY. To the point where this last time I really considered bringing the food back. The cabbage isn’t flavorful either. I love eating Jamaican food but this place seems to miss the mark on well seasoned chicken and cabbage. The cabbage tastes unseasoned every single time.
My pictures show exactly how dry the chicken was. Like hard on some sides dry. How is that even possible?
This was my third and last time trying food here. The staff seems nice and the place is always clean, the food just isn’t on par with my taste palette. I’ll have to explore other options

I absolutely love this place.
Went with my aunt and cousin they took me here their food takes really good and they have everything Jamaican from water crackers,Ludu board games,spices,the food was so good I ate too much and could hardly get out I love it.
I drove all the way from Baltimore and I didn’t regret eating here I’ll definitely be back.

The food is great, but so many times I have called to make sure they have jerked pork, the answer is always yes we do, I live 10 minutes away, so I head right over only to be told, no sorry we’re out of pork, would you like something different? And I always reply No thank you, I just called 10 minutes ago and was told you have pork, only to drive there and find out you don’t!

Not sure which is better: the atmosphere or the food! The food is hubby’s favorite and I love the teapots. You can sit , relax, vibe out and fill your belly. Then you can go shopping if you want. Outdoor and indoor eating available.

Food was absolutely scrumptious!! The staff was really courteous and the plates were plentiful. Go there with a good appetite and you will not be disappointed. I had the Escovitched Snapper and my wife and kids had the Oxtail and the Jerk Chicken. Delicious food and great service!
