Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Returning.
I really wanted to like King Sushi, but unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. Right from the start, the tables were dirty and didn’t appear to have been wiped down properly — not what you expect when dining out. Not to mention the very sad customer service experience, it was right down upsetting.
As for the food, it was sadly just as disappointing. The sushi lacked freshness and flavor, and the presentation felt rushed and careless. For the price, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.
Overall, this visit was a letdown. With so many great spots in Myrtle Beach, I won’t be coming back here again.

There are a lot of all-you-can-eat places here in Myrtle. But if you don’t pick Kings Sushi, then you’re missing out. I’ve been here a few times over the last year, and every time the food was absolutely delicious. Every sushi piece was delicious, the hibachi steak was so tender, and the wantons were some of the best I’ve ever had. When people come down to visit, this is always my recommendation for one of the places we hit up. I definitely recommend if you’re a sushi lover and have a good appetite!

First time here! I’ve been to a few AYCE sushi places & this is one of the best ones I’ve been to. I liked that in addition to the menu, they offered specials. We went at a non-peak time so service was quick. I’d come back if traveling through the area again!

Glad we gave this local place another chance. The food quality seemed to have improved from this 3rd visit. Service has as well. Suggest being mindful how much you order as they do not accept leftovers or you will be charge which is a standard practice we’ve seen before at other “all you can eat” restaurants. The hibachi we didn’t expect a large portion! It was good though and we made sure to finish everything. Crazy Monkey Roll is definitely our favorite. The only thing we have a negative comment towards is the atmosphere. Lighting in here is odd and a bit dark.

What a hidden gem. The food here was fantastic and the service couldn’t have been better by Austin. Made us feel welcomed. For an all you can eat the quality was unreal. Trust ive been to as many ayce sushi places and the food here was the best and the hibachi would make you want to slap your grandmama it was so good. KING sushi will be our go to for sushi when in SURFSIDE/Myrtle for now on.
