My family has enjoyed every meal we’ve ordered from here.
The platters were delicious and filling. The fried chicken wings and haddock were both well-seasoned and flavorful. The honey garlic glazed chicken tenders were enormous.
Their sides were great, especially the mac & cheese, collard greens with smoked turkey, yellow rice, cornbread, and pumpkin cornbread.

This is one of the best meals I ever had. I had never heard of this place but Googled “fried chicken near me” and this came up with a 4.9 star rating. My girlfriend and I decided to try it and what a great decision it was. Literally everything was fantastic. The chicken was flavorful and crunchy. The breading was perfect. It had a great crunch and flavor and stayed on the chicken very well. The honey garlic sauce on the tenders was so flavorful as well. The Mac and cheese is one of the best I’ve ever had, as was the cornbread. The cornbread had a unique flavor that was out of this world. My girlfriend has hated literally every piece of cornbread she has ever tried but she loved this. The collard greens were cooked with turkey, which gave them a great flavor. The chocolate cake was perfect. It was moist and the frosting was nice and light. The entire thing is chocolate, but it’s not too chocolatey.
I talked with one of the owners while I was waiting for my food and she was telling me how everything is homemade and I definitely believe that. You could tell how fresh everything was. The portions were big and filling and very reasonably priced. This will 100% be one of our go to spots from now on. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Wednesdays and Fridays are always a treat!
Kings kitchen is always worth any wait and super delicious every time, the most consistent spot to get a great meal in Utica, with amazing service everytime! Prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and plates/containers filled! I always have leftovers!!

Thank You to King’s Kitchen for coming in clutch in support of our family gathering last week. The fried haddock, Mac & Cheese, and collard greens were amazing additions to our spread. Today I had a random craving for some good Mac and cheese. After realizing my chances of finding some was low to none I called a relative and was pointed in the direction of Kings Kitchen. Ordered my mac and a fish fry. When I returned home I snagged a quick bite of fish n a single scoop of mac just to see what it was about. I have to say both items were mind blowing! I’m more than exited to know that such great home cooked food is now an option when I’m on the go and I’m already looking forward to going back and trying other items on the menu! Great people, great service and great food! Win win win!

Hands down the BEST fried (haddock) fish I have EVER had. The batter is next level, pie is spectacular & the watermelon juice is incredible. A great place to grab lunch or dinner on Fridays. I haven’t missed a week since they opened.

I really enjoyed the Fried Chicken it was seasoned very well and very tasty however the rice was very Bland had no taste to it whatsoever and also the baked mac and cheese was not baked and it was overcooked the noodles was very mushy and the cheese that they put on it was like a cheese sauce it wasn’t shredded cheese and I just did not like it I got the cornbread as well and it was okay it had too much cinnamon in it for me and it was very heavy usually when I get a piece of cornbread it’s nice and light and fluffy but I guess because this was different ingredients then that’s why it was heavy it was very unique to put the cinnamon they just had a heavy hand and put too much cinnamon other than that the person who answered the phone was very polite I did not want the collard greens and they gave me an extra piece of cornbread in its place so I really appreciate it that I’ll give it a 3 out of 10 it wasn’t the worst but it just wasn’t to my liking the rice just needs a little bit of salt and not so heavy on the cinnamon and the mac and cheese just needs to not be overcooked and more put together it was just like a bowl of mac and cheese out the box and they just put it in the oven and heated it up for me if those things were just fixed it would have been a 10 out of 10 but best thing is the chicken wings that was a 10.
