We had a date night here after a long time. It was a weekday right at opening, so we were able to snag a table for two without reservations. I love the traditional touch in the interior decorations. The classic Dan Dan noodles and soup dumplings were delicious. The five-pepper rib-eye and Kung Pao chicken were also on point. It was a delicious and fun Chinese food date night.

Kings Imperial serves up a delicious variety in a cozy and quaint atmosphere.

Our server was quick and friendly. The food was all delicious, as you can see we all started eating before I could snap pics. The regular dumplings were huge! The chicken dish was a small serving (wish it had more chicken).

Favorite dish was the cold sesame noodles, this dish changed my mind on peanut sauces.

The fried rice didn’t look like the usual fried rice (pale, seams like they don’t stir fry it w/ soy sauce) but was very tasty all the same.

A great spot! The food is really good – while the presentation was just slightly sloppy for the dishes we ordered, they were punchy, fresh, full of flavor. We particularly enjoyed the soup dumplings which are much larger than regular soup dumplings – they were delicious, with huge servings of pork and broth. The Dan Dan mian was good, but not all that special – I would probably get the hanging pork noodles in future. Finally, the Mo’s General collaborative sandwich, BBQ Hanging Pork, was just amazing and one of the best things I’ve eaten this year. The prices are a little higher than you might expect but the portions for what we ordered were large, we ended up with leftovers, and the meal felt very homey. The service was solid, and the vibe of the place is really fun – low lighting, very moody. It’s a great place for a date, with several different dining areas and a mixture between louder and quieter tables. Cocktails looked great and we’ll definitely come back to try them!

The food is flavorful, the service is excellent, and the space is beautiful—but the portions are a letdown. Too much filler, not enough actual food. I left hungry, which should never happen at a Brooklyn Chinese restaurant. This place used to feel rooted in that generous, comforting tradition, and now it feels more like style over substance. Please go back to the glory days.

ANOTHER REVIEW INCOMING!

The atmosphere and service at this place is just so welcoming. Amazing restaurant design with long lengthy hallways and plentiful outdoor seating in the back. That alone made me want to come back.

The dishes were all tasty, but I did not try any pork or beef dishes so I feel as if this review is incomplete. Everything was tasty but besides the chicken dumplings I think I would order completely new items next time.

Make sure they get you started with the pickled spicy cabbage. It was delicious.

Really enjoyed our dinner at Kings Co! Have been twice now and the food and drinks are great.

The soup dumplings, cucumbers, dan dan noodles, garlic eggplant and crispy garlic chicken were all standout dishes from our group order.

Service was quite slow though – their bar was super backed up and we didn’t get our first cocktails until halfway through the meal, and the second round also took a while to get to us. Something to keep in mind.

Overall, good vibes and dinner! Will be back.

Food was decent, our favorite was the sesame noodle, then dumpling, then fish. Service was very inattentive though and ruined the dining experience

Ok sooo 1st time every on NY read the reviews and I will say this was ok but for the price its NO! Egg drop soup as you can see is not a thick consistency like the normal giving chicken broth with eggs and ginger . Chicken Tso $26 for the small container was horrible. Had chicken fried rice literally was white rice with chicken and eggs . Please look for some something else this place was disgusting. I ate because I was hungry but man come on for price I’ve had way better. Maybe you just dont care what you serve people . Try it if you want lol I told you ! Go somewhere else

Asian fusion, honestly everything we ordered (food) was not what we expected.

The cauliflower was pretty good but everything else missed expectations – unique though

Excellent food and cocktails! Definitely lives up to the hype. Highlights were the long beans, general Tsos chicken, and the mandarin cocktail. Everything was full of flavor and perfectly cooked, without feeling overly heavy. Will be back to try other dishes!
