Well, wasn’t a nice experience eating in this place, the strange smell when I get in, the carpet in the floor, plenty of dirty, the worst thing was watching a guest walking in the restaurant without shoes

Firstly the food is great that’s but I don’t enjoy eating here. I came twice in one week. The first time no one was available for the majority of my meal to give me a refill. Not a big deal. Food was good. The second time however I could not get a refill throughout my entire meal. I literally asked three people and here I am three plates later my mouth burning from spice and thirsty as ever. All three said okay and but did not bring any refill or water. They were very dismissive and I am very polite throughout all of it. Also no one took my empty plates for a while I had them piling up. Very avoidant staff and I would like to believe they were short staffed but there where clearly three people on my side of the dining room. Take better care of your patrons. Although the food is very good the experience is questionable.

Me and my husband enjoyed the food. This restaurant is overly crowded. So I wouldn’t recommend to those who doesn’t like to eat in this type of chaos. But the food was good. Definitely would go there again!

Employees need to taste the food, as part of quality control. food needs to be at 165 degrees fahrenheit when served. My elderly aunt was not well the same evening (salmon) and water. I had teriyaki chicken and mushroom stew and diet coke. My dad had shrimp. my visit was on 8/12/2023 between 1100 am and 200 pm

I had a VERY VERY BAD AND HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE HERE!!! First off they took my crab leg plate because supposedly it is dinner time when it was burly 2 pm and because I didn’t want to pay extra money they took my plate when I had already picked on my plate and was eating very peaceful!!! SERVICE IS REALLY BAD THEY ARE SO RUDE!!! and to finish it off their was a hair in my plate!!!! Never coming back here again I felt like I was being stepped on they didn’t care when they took my plate!!!

The food is okay but the service is terrible. I was never offered a refill 30 minutes of being here. The reason why is because they didn’t think I was going to tip. Very judgemental and bias staff. I brought it up to there attention before I left and they finally gave us refills without an apology. I Dont recommend it here if your Hispanic or black they won’t treat you right go somewhere else.

I would have given them 0 stars if I could but I couldn’t. All the food tastes disgusting. They sit down close to people. When you first walk in food looks really good but after the first bite you feel disgusting. Don’t waste your money it’s not 4 stars it’s a 2 star buffet. Definitely Do not recommend!
