We love German food. This is one of the few options we have found in Houston. The atmosphere is great and the servers are really helpful! The food is average at best.. We were there for All you can eat sausage in August. There are a lot of different options but it takes a while to get more sausage. We will keep looking for our favorite.

I always pass this place up and decided to try it out with my sister. This place ROCKS. Good weekly deals, ALOT of beer for a decent price. This place is definitely different from your usual restaurants! You can taste the authenticity here. I told my Dad, Mom, Brother, and anyone else who has ears. We are DEFINETLY coming back.

Our most recent visit of many was memorable because the food seems to have improved. Tried a few items from the winter menu and everything was delicious. The stew, goulash, schnitzel were good. Finally got to try the cordon Bleu and it was very good. Loved that it came with veggies too. Beer is on the pricey side but get some great authentic options.

Parking seems like it won’t be a problem. Had 1 of their hotdogs with French fries, beer, and German queso for the appetizer. The hotdog was OK, nothing to write home about. Beer nice and cold, best part of the meal. The German queso for me was disgusting. Just a blob of melted processed government cheese. I couldn’t taste the onion are anything else in it. I would only return if I don’t have another viable option for food. The manager didn’t greet me, and seemed concerned about getting his day to day done.

I been coming here for years and I love everything I have tried. My go-to is the pretzel grilled cheese and tomato basil soup, but you can never go wrong with the schnitzel The drinks and dessert are so good too and I like that they have live music sometimes. I have never had a bad experience here! Tonight was an especially great experience (shoutout to Hannah for being awesome) ☺️

We loved the original, this place is still great! We love to sit on the patio when they have live music! Sometimes you get lucky and the owners are there enjoying the patio as well! It’s a great vibe! The food is amazing! And the staff is always excellent!

The music was at a good volume. The pretzel was warm & delicious. I also had the slated Carmel bread pudding. Mia was friendly & helpful. She knew how to describe the German items.
