Don’t know why I didn’t check this place out sooner. Food is delicious. Looks like it’s closed most of the time but took a chance and stopped by and glad I did. First time I had the carne asada tacos so flavorful and the next time had the super fries. Highly recommend if you’re around.

King Torta has always been a treat for me. I loved their fresh Bolio with the powdery flour and fluffy insides. Their carnitas and their beans, with lettuce, onion, so yummy. I moved out of state for 4 years and recently came back to visit. I was excited to come here since I was in the area. I was sooooo disappointed. The kid on the counter was nice enough but the atmosphere it use to have is not there. He was just blah. Which is fine but you’re at King Torta where you want that inviting atmosphere and someone to make you feel your at home and welcomed. I ordered a torta de carnitas. The carnitas weren’t ready. So I went with something else. I got a Jamaica and I was ready to grub! The meat was nicely seasoned but the torta that I described in the beginning was not here. The Bolio was probably de telera. There was little to no beans. I was honestly so disappointed. King Torta is not what it used to be. I paid $18 for the torta and Jamaica. I felt it was overpriced. I’d pay $18 for the torta from like before they changed it up, but not this thing I got. The Jamaica was so bitterly sour, I drank it while I was eating but I threw it out after I was done. I didn’t like it. I don’t think I’d be coming back, if the food continues to be this subpar.

This place has gotten very expensive in the past 6 months but I still love their langua burritos and I have to go and get one at least once a week. They have a small problem with customers though They just don’t hardly have any when I walk in there every time I walk in there it’s dead I don’t know how they afford to pay their employees but I’m glad they’re still there

What I love about King Torta, besides the good food, is that they have a few vegetarian options to choose from with the same great taste. Also, staff is super friendly, restaurant’s always clean and prices are great. You definitely have to give it a shot.

I enjoyed eating at king torta for the first time. The tacos of Carnitas were delicious and very filling. They give a good portion of meat and have a nice creamy guacamole sauce. I also ordered the carne Asada torta. It was filled with lettuce and avocado and the meat was delicious. The bread is very nice and soft. I would definitely go back there again.

Hidden gem! Never too busy, food is great I always get the soft tacos and they are the best tacos around in my opinion. They make tacos like they’re supposed too.

This place is great if you don’t mind spending a bit of money. The food has always great, although there has been times we didn’t get toppings and “garnish” we’ve asked for in the bag. I’ve never seen it dirty inside or out, and the seating is always clean. Probably the most I can critique is the one time I was served horchata that had gone bad. I very easily got a refund and great customer service from that interaction. If I remember correctly, I also received a free fountain drink. They put a sign on their machine to let others know to not serve it (which seems silly to talk about but I’ve been to restaurants that have served drinks with hair in them, and continued to serve other customers from the same beverage container *looking at you Penny’s Diner from across the street*). Call me broke, but I think their items are a tad expensive. Regardless of price, I don’t think I’ve ever had inconsistencies or straight up flops for any of their items I’ve tried. Do not hesitate to check this place out! I recommend the torta, never fails, always leaves you wanting more
