Outstanding sushi! We live near Sushi Den in Denver and honestly enjoyed this more- everything was super fresh, perfectly balanced and interesting choices like sea bass, kampachi, and scallops. We went back twice over 4 days.

Anyone not giving 5 stars needs a reality check. Yes it’s hard to get in sometimes… it’s small and by far the best dining experience this side of the pass. Fantastic staff and every bit as good as king sushi in Jackson which makes seating availability here look quite easy. I’m so excited they’re here in Driggs!!

You must try the seaweed salad! Excellent! LOVED the microgreen garnishes. Our favorite rolls were the nor’easter and sumo and trap. The popeye was just OK. The imperial shrimp over the daikon noodles were fantastic. Especially love the noodles! Need to think about service if one person at the table can’t eat the other person‘s rules because of food restrictions. All of our rolls with gluten came out first and I was just sitting there watching my partner eat and getting very very hungry. Don’t assume everyone at the table is sharing. Otherwise the service was great!

Ordered take out. Their menu is not posted online, or at least was not easy to find. The food was great however they completely forgot one of our rolls AND they charge 20% gratuity on TAKEOUT orders. That is an insane amount. I called to inquire about our missing roll and they said they forgot it in the fridge. For 20% gratuity I would expect more. Not impressed. Even though the food was good, I will not go back. Very disappointed in the service.

Went there for the first time the other night, we have not been to the location in Jackson, so this is our first experience with King. Awesome environment, really unique space, cozy in the best way, great service. Shout out to Cricket, one of the employees working there. You could tell she enjoys her job and loves the food and what the owners stand for. She had great comments about that as well. The sushi is outstanding with some really unique combinations. We got so many rolls and everything was outstanding. The only one I don’t think we would order again is the king 2.0, otherwise I truly don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Will definitely go back.

Service was attentive and friendly, the warm appetizers were on point, 4 out of 6 rolls were fresh. Ambiance was lacking with bright lights without dimming and they use a small Bluetooth speaker on a custom made shelf for music.

King sushi rules. If you are a person who says “how good can Idaho sushi really be?”… I challenge you to give this place a try.

Stood outside for 15 minutes waiting for happy hour seat at the bar. We were 4th in line but the first 3 people held all the seats. Not really fair. All the tables were reservered. I recommend you start reservations at the bar to be fair to those waiting or at least communicate with the people in line asking the first folks how many are in your party so others can leave.
