I’ve been wanting to try noodles with black soybean sauce and saw that King Jjamppong has them so I stopped by. The noodles were delicious, bouncy and tender and the sauce was slightly sweet and tasty mixed with veggies and bits of meat I got more than I expected! Couldn’t leave without trying their pork Bulgogi and we loved their marinate! I regret not adding their #17 (fried chicken with sweet and spicy sauce) to this order ‍♀️but we will next visit. I found out that we go straight to the register to order OR can use their touchscreen located next to the register to do so. Dining in this place made me feel like I was at a friend’s house because EVERYTHING I needed was at my reach; the water dispenser, even complimentary coffee! Just select hot water and add a packet of their instant coffee; extra plates, chopsticks and silverware at the counter as well as hot sauces. I ordered at the register and the lady who took my order was super sweet, as was the gentleman who brought our food to the table. The place is super clean and I loved that they have a variety of table sittings; 2 sitters, 4 or up to 12, it looked like. Best of all, as of 2025, their prices are super affordable. Their complimentary sides were very tasty too, this was my first time trying yellow radish and I loved it. I highly recommend this place!!

Very delicious jjampong and jajangmyeon! We also ordered the tangsuyuk, which was perfectly crispy. It seems like a small family-run restaurant — I believe the owner’s mother was the main chef. The food was excellent. Most of the negative reviews seem to be about the wait time, so I’d recommend avoiding peak hours if you’re in a rush. There are only two people running the whole place, so be patient — it’s worth it.

Casual self serve place but with delicious authentic jjajangmyeon. If your focus is food taste, this places arguably most authentic and delicious jjajangmeon in the whole USA. It’s also seved with chopped cucumber and yellow taikon pickles. Highly recommend to anyone who wants good Korean-Chinese food.

Came here an hour before closing our family was greeted with a smile and food was prepared fresh and quickly. Even my normally picky kids loved it so much. We will return again when im in the area.

It’s rare to find such authentic Korean-style Chinese food in Dallas. The gan-jjajang (black bean noodles) here is one of the best, and the sweet & sour pork tastes just like something homemade — clean, tender meat with no fatty bits and absolutely no pork smell. The real highlight is that the pork is freshly fried to order, so every piece comes out super crispy yet tender inside. Since this is a family-run spot by a mother-and-son duo, the food naturally has that extra touch of care.

The fried dumplings are hand-made, juicy, and delicious, while the seafood jjampong (spicy noodle soup) is refreshing and flavorful. We drive all the way from Plano just to eat here, and there’s only one reason why: no other Korean-Chinese restaurant does it with this much heart and quality. Absolutely recommended!

It is most similar to the Chinese food I ate in Korea.
I tried Jajangmyeon, Zzamppong and sweet&sour pork. All foods were made as soon as we ordered.
The skin of sweet and sour pork was thin and chewy. The meat was thick and had a good chew. The sauce was less sweet than other places. I ordered Jjajangmyeon in thick black bean sauce and it was very good. There wasn’t much water coming out of the sauce until I finished eating the noodles, so I was able to fully enjoy the jajangmyeon. I had seafood jjamppong, and it tasted like a soup with the scent of ginger. Thanks to this, the seafood has a clean taste without any fishy smell. Noodles are tendered and chewy. They have a clean bathroom and some high chairs.

Wow, was passing thru, saw the sign and decided to stop by. Ordered black bean paste noodle, jampong noodle soup and pork tang soo yuk. It’s hard to find good Korean Chinese noodle place in Dallas. And this place is it. Soup was spicy and on point, noodle chewy and delightful. 5 stars. You won’t be disappointed, seems to get busy during rush.

Order before you sit and put away your dishes after you are done.

Tip is optional when you pay.

Unpretentious and modest Korean Chinese dishes. I had the tangsuyuk with the sweet & sour sauce and jjampong, which is the spicy seafood noodles.

Front desk lady is really friendly!

We wanted to try new jajang myun place before we went to Ko-Mart. The place was clean and quick. Staff is friendly, too! Tangsuyuk was so delicious, crunchy, and not overly sweet! Ganjajang had lots of meat and huge portion!!! We will be back to try jampong.
