Don’t understand the low rating from others. Been here many times and seafood and peking duck is always excellent. Steamed fish with ginger and scallion, lobster and shrimp dishes are all very good. Freshest vegetables. Can eat like a king here. Could be a bit of language barrier at times but just point to the menu items which are in english and chinese.

Pros
– Amazing food! I would go as far to say it was the best authentic food I’ve ever tasted
– Waitress was nice

Cons
– Didn’t feel welcomed there. As soon as we arrived the hosts didn’t even smile and refused to sit me and my guest at another table when requested. Despite this we stayed to eat.

– We asked for wine and the host said they do not sell alcohol but when another family of the same racial and ethnic group as the host walked in they were greeted with big smiles and given a choice of several wine options. Interesting…

– Me and my guest ordered the most expensive item on the menu. We ordered the whole king crab, shrimp fried rice, and bok Choy. We also wanted a lobster and the waiter talked us out of it. My concern is why are you telling us no when we are saying this is what we want? Is it because of how me and my guest look? Did she think we were getting out of our budget? These people do not realize that I could have been a millionaire or billionaire. No one should ever “assume” what someone can and cannot afford. Would hate to have to buy that restaurant. You never know! So we didn’t get the lobster unfortunately because we wanted that too.

– When they brought out our food it was placed in a way that nothing could be reached without us getting up. Interestingly enough when a family of the same racial and ethnic background received their food they gave them a table food spinner so they did not have to reach over and get up to get their food. We spent over $500 and that is the treatment we got. I would never ever again step a foot in a restaurant that wants my money but treats me so poorly. It was obvious they did not want us there. Well although their food was the best because they do not know how to treat paying customers of diverse backgrounds who are not from where they come from with any level of kindness I will not return.

If you want great food I highly recommend this place but if you want to be treated nice and feel welcomed go somewhere else.

Good venue for fresh live fish & seafood. Serving up Cantonese style cuisine.

BYOB is an option. Be sure to tip extra $5-10 on top of normal gratuity.

Really enjoyed the steamed giant scallop & steamed fish. The beef steak cubes were also fantastic.

Nice ambiance with an Asian flair. Not noisy and spacious tables with plenty of arm room. Private rooms available for a premium charge, $600 plus…

Been here several times and do recommend .

Highlight: Service was very friendly. They were patient and helped us with everything, very quick and changed plates often.

The food was good. The seafood was incredible, big dishes and great taste.

The “turf” stuff not so good, if you order the steak*, it’s really made of the cheapest beef, or at least tastes like it. Not a quality ingredient.

Also a lot of their seafood in the tanks were dying or dead, making it seem NOT fresh at all. Yikes. Some fish were definitely upside down.

Very cool throne you can sit at the front.
Restaurant is medium size and not too large. Nice settings and looks very fancy!

Decent Chinese restaurant in Flushing. We came here on a Saturday for lunch and got an array of lunch specials to share family style. Each dish costs $12.99 and comes with soup and rice. Not a bad deal for the cost and variety if you come with a group.

I enjoyed the salt and pepper pork chops, black bean clams and the Szechuan style shrimp. The other dishes were decent but some were lacking in flavor.

The service was decent, no complaints. The restaurant was nice and clean.

How does this place not have five stars from everyone? This was one of the best restaurants that I’ve been to in the entire city. The King Crab is soft, buttery, and so flavorful. This was the best King Crab that I’ve had in my life. Their other dishes, like their lamb stew, were also delicious. We had the King Crab three ways—fried, with garlic, and with sticky rice. Highly recommend!

The entire experience is getting worse and worse every time I visit. Spare ribs are mostly fatty, string beans unpicked, rice looked and tasted like overnight leftover, soup bowl cracked. The food came out cold. Won’t come back any more.

First time dining in here, service is excellent, food is delicious, the dish is big enough, you can experience the expertise of the Chinese cuisine from the cook. The price is fair for the current market. Bathroom is very clean. But Overpriced on a small quart of rice: $2.75.

Disclaimer: we were a large party (3 tables) with advanced reservations and a pre-planned menu, so this is me just enjoying a bounty of dishes prepared for us. As the restaurant name implies, many dishes utilized the king crab and were seafood based. We were able to order vegetarian fried rice and Singapore noodles a la carte for our non-fish eating friends.

If you’ve been to these ‘banquet style’ dinners you know the lazy susan fills up fast and you do your best to keep up eating, then fight over who’s taking what leftovers home

Servers were attentive and did their best to manage the tabletop space and pile of platters.
