I had the Peanut Butter Fudge and wow—smooth, rich, and packed with flavor. I also took home some Oreo cookies dipped in chocolate, and they were dangerously addictive. Every treat was fresh, indulgent, and beautifully made right in-house.
To top it off, the service was amazing—super friendly, fast, and welcoming. It really adds to the warm, nostalgic vibe of the place. Whether you’re looking for a quick scoop, a box of chocolates, or a sweet gift, King Condrell’s delivers.

Excellent candy and ice cream shop located in Kenmore New york. Offering a wide range of homemade chocolates and candies in addition to an ice cream bar with old fashioned milkshakes and soda giving that old fashioned vibe. Highly recommend. We’ve been going here a very long time and at least stopping to get an Italian soda or two

Oh boy, this is so sad but this place has gone downhill so much. We waited over 25 min just to get a sundae. Whoever took our order didn’t even speak to us when we said hello and had a really poor attitude. Another server there was wonderful and if we needed anything we just asked her instead. I was bringing someone here for the first time and described how amazing it was in detail repeatedly but it was not how I remembered and our experience was quite the opposite. Prices are wild too.

We just had our first experience at King Condrell’s, and WOW—this place is a dessert dream come true! From the moment we walked in, the retro charm and sweet smell of chocolate had us hooked.
We ordered a little bit of everything: the iced frozen chai was perfectly spiced and refreshing, the princess chocolate pop was adorable and delicious, and the birthday cake ice cream tasted like a slice of heaven! But the real star? The build-your-own ice cream dish. We chose chocolate peanut butter brownie ice cream and loaded it with Reese’s, KitKat, hot fudge, and whipped cream—and it was every bit as indulgent and amazing as it sounds.
What makes it even better? Everything is made from scratch—you can taste the difference. And to top it all off, the incredibly kind owner gave my daughter a free lollipop, which absolutely made her day.
The staff was friendly, the treats were over-the-top in the best way, and we’re already planning our next visit. Whether you’re craving ice cream, chocolate, or just a fun place to treat yourself—King Condrell’s is IT.

Visiting Buffalo after many years. Happy to see this ice cream shop is still open! They make their own ice cream and fudge and both are great. Portions big and service amazing! Great flavors and toppings. This is a must visit in Buffalo!!!

Staff are incredibly rude. Do not go near the dining area or you will be reprimanded. Make sure you follow the rules or prepare to be publicly shamed. If you get your ice cream to go you better take it and get out. You are allowed to look at stuff on the shelves. Just do not stand there or you will be told to go stand in the “waiting area” for take out. Now mind you there was one table with people sitting at it, so we were not in the way. 15 empty tables….15.

11/29 @ 3:30 pm. The young lady who waited on myself and my two sisters had been kind, helpful, and professional. It was the first time in visiting, and enjoying looking at the variety in the candy display. My sisters had just completed their order, and the young lady asked what else. What appeared to be a manager had approached while we were placing the order. When I replied to the very helpful young lady, “for my order…” The unwanted, unneeded, and unprofessional manager retorts we needed to do one order at a time. To say I was shocked at the abrupt, and unnecessary remark, is an understatement. Needless to say, I did not buy anything. I wish the young lady my best as she will need it.

I ordered a two scoop sundae with two different flavored ice creams and sauces. I don’t have an issue with the ice cream or sauces. But the way it was served is very odd. Never in my many years of life and eating sundaes have they ever been served in a cup. How strange. Plus the image on Condrell’s website shows it in a flat to go see through container.

As a kid I remember getting ice cream there. After not stopping there for at least 30 years, I recently paid a visit to indulge in a “Hot fudge sundae” while my wife tried a “Toffee crunch” sugar cone. OUTSTANDING! Even after 3 decades and a couple owners it did not disappoint! As I was leaving I had spotted the “Charlie Chaplin” candy and decided to grab a piece for home. I want to say this candy is so good should be outlawed! Hats off to the present owners and employees! It’s great to see this “staple” to Kenmore being alive and well! See you again but it won’t be 30 years later this time!
