We went through the drive thru to get bacon, egg and cheese biscuits with 2 coffees. The coffee was very bitter. The egg and bacon were very greasy. We threw the coffees away and ate about 1/2 of the biscuits. We didn’t eat the hashbrowns because of the dryness and grease. Very disappointing Chick-Fil-A experience.
I called and spoke with the manager to see if she could at least provide a partial credit because of how terrible the food was. She offered to remake the meal or provide a credit at her store (04695). Based on how the meal tasted, I told her that we would not be back, but she offered what she could. I would not recommend this Chick-fil-A. If you are heading towards Tyler, just drive some more miles and go to that Chick-Fil-A. Pic to show the greasiest hashbrowns that I have seen in a long time.

I got a late dinner here after an event. The young lady working the order line was amazing, even though it was cold outside and late. She had a cheerful smile and kind demeanor. I had to smile when she called my Cookies and Cream shake the “best choice ever” for my combo drink.

Yes this is plastic cooked into the sandwich. When I took it back into the store one of the young ladies said “our chicken comes in plastic bags and this happens sometimes when putting in the fryer. “. NO MA’AM this is unacceptable. Spoke to the manager she did give me another sandwich and said she would load points on my app 4 days later still not any extra points on my app.

Chick-fil-A is always a fantastic experience! The food is fresh, tasty, and consistent every time — I especially love their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. The staff are incredibly friendly, polite, and efficient, making the drive-thru and dine-in experience smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming, which makes grabbing a quick meal even better. Definitely one of my go-to spots for fast, quality food!

Check your order before you leave! Last time I went here they forgot my chicken sandwich and wouldn’t refund me, but said they’d put my name in “the book” and the next time I came in they’d give me a free one. So I just went back and they said they had no record of this and that they “only keep records for a month or so”. So I had to pay for another chicken sandwich which just really irks me. Terrible customer service on this. Enjoy the $5.25 you stole from me.

I have never had a complaint @ any of the chick fil a that I have visited until today. I was the only car in the drive through, the store was not busy, yet it took over 10 minutes to get my food. The ice cream cup when brought to me was melted & the employee acted like it was no big deal.
