Menu has a good variety of choices. Food was well prepared and tasted good. Side salad was good. The tater tots were not served fresh.
Service was good but a bit slow.
The old fashioned were just perfect. We had a Reuben and a brisket burger which were both delicious and tasty. Special mention to the French fries absolutely delicious and so crunchy. The service was warm and attentive. We will definitely go back there.
Food was nothing special. Ruben sandwhich was about on par with a $10 sandwhich from a deli, but for $20. Fries with the sandwhich were good, nothing special but certainly good.
Charred Brussel Sprouts were mediocre. Could have used more sauce but were otherwise unremarkable, and lukewarm.
Cheese curds were about the quality you get from Culvers.
Tatertots for the kid were obviously straight out of a freezer bag and put into an air fryer. Ironically the kid had a significantly nicer time than his parents did.
Everything we ordered came out lukewarm, after a 20 minute wait. Server interacted with us for less than 2 minutes, and never checked on whether we needed more water.
Water is served in absolutely ridiculous tiny little half height glasses. Very “artsy” very not practical, welcoming, or appitizing.
Atmosphere is very cool. Very not kid friendly.
The resturaunt’s air conditioner is either broken, or turned off to save money.
Won’t be returning.
Edit, since a reviewer cannot reply to the businesses response:
Of course most of my reviews are negative, it takes a significant failure on the part of a business to prompt me to bother. The places I enjoy, I just keep going back to and giving them more money.
Commenting on my past reviews is rather inappropriate. Your business’s failure has nothing to do with other businesses or my interactions with them.
Focus on fixing the failings of your business.
You want to wow customers? Then serve food that isn’t lukewarm.
