Tried Kin Thai & Sushi for the first time with my family and loved it! It wasn’t too busy when we went, so we got seated right away. The staff were super friendly, helpful with the menu, and really attentive throughout our meal.
The food looked amazing — every dish came out beautifully presented with an orchid on the plate. The Pad Thai was really tasty, the spring rolls were nice and crispy, and the sushi was fresh and full of flavor.
Everything was great, and I definitely want to go back to try more dishes!

If the presentation doesn’t speak for itself…nothing I write can convince you. ****absolutely fantastic food*** i dined in and there was a constant train of pick up orders at the counter! I’m in Austin and I feel lucky to have stumbled across it and when I’m back in town I’m not even going to bother to try another Thai place. ’nuff said

We went here for dinner to celebrate Mother’s Day. There were 7 of us and they charged 22% automatically for gratuity.
The food is delicious and nicely plated with orchids. We ordered papaya salad (Lao style – comes with pickled crabs), crispy pork belly, Panang duck curry, chicken pad Thai, Thai fried rice, and fried pompano fish.
The staff was attentive and the decor is beautiful. We will definitely come back.

We tried 2 rolls and 2 thai dishes. The thai food was not our favorite and I wouldn’t order the thai noodle dishes again because the noodles were gummy and the just overall didn’t like the thai dishes. We tried pad thai and pad woo sen (glass noodle dish). The sushi however was great! We liked the alamo roll the best and my ds likes the california roll. I do prefer rolls to be smaller and longer but these were larger, so means larger bites however I prefer smaller bites. Noticeable effort on presentation here was noticed and appreciated. One of my kids tried beets for the first time and actually liked them

This is my favorite sushi place. The service is great. The food is delicious. I have been going there for a few years now and they even created a sushi roll in my honor. Ask for the Karina roll if you like sweet and spicy rolls. Just divine!!! Highly recommend this restaurant which has become a family favorite.

The food was absolutely amazing! It was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and has amazing employees. My server Roy was super kind and made me feel welcomed. He gave me recommendations and made sure to check in at the right times. It was clear he cares about his guests and the takes pride in what he does. I will 100% be back and will be asking for him as my server!

My granddaughter and I came to celebrate her 10th birthday at this fabulous restaurant today. We were pleasantly impressed at how great this place was. The food was amazingly delicious and Leo our waiter was very kind and patient with my granddaughter. She loved everything about this restaurant, including the fried Oreos. I highly recommend this place for the service and the food. The sushi quality is definitively top notch and the service that Monique provided was exceptional. The music is not loud and fine for all ages, and the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. Plenty of seating available for groups of four to round tables of six seats. There’s outdoor seating as well and clean restrooms.

Redoing my review. Went in again today for lunch because we were so impressed by last time! Placed our order as soon as we walked in, yet the waiting came close to 30 minutes for our three simple sushi rolls and pad thai to come out. The sushi was the same as last time, good, but the pad thai? Bland yet very oversauced. By the time the waiter had come over, I had figured I had eaten too much to ask for a refund or a remake. The waiter did say something interesting though. He said that the pad thai often has EVEN MORE SAUCE when you order to-go.
I keep running into this problem with pad thai places. It’s happened four times now. The pad thai is good or even great the first time, but after the first time you ordered, the pad thai just has more and more sauce added until it is inedible.
Why? I thought this was a great place.
