I hadn’t been to Kimura for a while and went today after seeing a rebranded menu. It’s unbelievable! If you haven’t been to Kimura to try this new menu (they still have classic menu items too) you are missing out! Lots of fun new appetizers and unique sushi rolls. I got the Bonsai roll, which featured some of their exciting new fusions like truffle oil, curry sauce, plantain, and crispy seafood salad. Their sushi pizza included smoked salmon, avocado, creamy Neptune salad, crispy rice, and spicy mayo. The poke bowl was fresh, filling, and well balanced. All gorgeous and delicious dishes! Perfect for a date night or girls night.

First time coming here, everything was great! Food was freshly served in front of us. The wait till was roughly 10-15 mins but it’s expected since they cook the food in front of you. Loved the atmosphere when it came to birthdays or celebrations and server and cook was wonderful!! Went with my cousin and they kept us Laughing and in good spirits. 10/10 definitely will see me coming back in the future for those shrimps and steaks

We just finished hibachi and had such a great experience. Our chef Alex was amazing — funny, energetic, and super engaging. He really made the whole meal enjoyable.
Our server Cadell was just as impressive. He didn’t write anything down and still remembered every order perfectly. Drinks were always full and everything came out exactly right. He did everything a great server should do.
Overall, excellent service and a really fun night. We’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time at Kimura Japanese Steak House, and I was not disappointed at all.
The food and ambiance are hot. There’s literally a fire lit anywhere you turn. Our chef did an excellent job cooking our meals in front of us. He even brought out all the tricks to impress us.
The cocktails and appetizers were delicious as well as the food that the chef prepared.
Our waitress was pleasant and actually took the time to have a real conversation with us. She talked about her family and three kids(even though she didn’t look like she had grown kids).
She was very personable and kind.
The parking was free, and there were enough spaces. My only complaint would be the pricing. The night ended up being a pretty hefty amount. So be prepared to spend money.
All in all, Kimura Japanese Steak House should be a must-try if you’re in the area.

Despite having reservations, we experienced a wait for our table, and even after being seated, we were further delayed until the seating area was completely occupied, even though we had reserved a specific section. While I understand the nature of hibachi dining, the noise level was exceptionally high without apparent reason. The waiter’s service was quite unprofessional, as it took nearly 20 minutes to receive our drinks. Consequently, I had to go to the bar to order my own beverages during this wait. I would rate this establishment with 2 stars.

We truly enjoyed our time with Cadell as our server. He was very genuine and made our evening fun. The dinner service was perfect for our anniversary. Cadell and Alan made a great team and kept our toddler and teens entertained! Could not have asked for a better experience.

I had such an incredible experience at Kimura Japanese Steak House by Japan Inn! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Our chef, Honda, went above and beyond, he even let my partner and I cook on the hibachi grill, which made the night extra special and fun!
The food was absolutely delicious, everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We were also visited by Manager Alex, who was super attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening.
It’s rare to find a place that delivers both great food and unforgettable service, but Kimura definitely did just that. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
