I was looking for some vegetarian options. I came across their veggie burger and also it was my first time in Wisconsin. I came across Culver’s and the Veggie burger was just delicious. They were able to make modifications to my order as I wanted n mayonnaise and they substituted it with mustard/ketchup. Worth the visit. My go-to option on all road trips now.

It’s a Culver’s, so of course it is going to be good. Lots of parking, including a separate area for RV’s and busses. Easy to get on and off the nearby expressway. The huge parking lot was almost full when we arrived, but the wait time was less than I expected. Next door is an Arby’s and a McDonald’s is across the street, both with empty parking lots, which tells you all that you know.

The food is always great. It’s standardized quality. Understandably busy since it’s 7:00 on a Saturday, but 40 minutes in a drive thru (not exaggerating I was playing a game with a timer and had 20 minutes left on the hour). The issue is how many things were wrong. Wrong drink, no salad dressing for the salad and 0/16 chicken tenders. Ice cream nearly completely melted (still delish). I recommend Culver’s, just not this location. Just go to one either before or after this exit on the interstate.

Ordered the bacon deluxe burger. The Patty was incredibly thin. And the bacon you could literally see through, the taste was pretty good, chili cheese fries are good. Ordered a root-beer shake it was so sickly sweet it was burning my tongue and the consistency was very thin.

I loved the food. I wish the Pub burger was 1 that I would have liked with an onion ring and special sauce. The Pub butter offered was with peanut butter – wonder if it’s popular. I ordered my normal food and it was great!!

This Culver’s needs new management. We have lived in deforest for over 7 years and are frequent visitors to this Culver’s. Lately it’s just been terrible fries are always mushy even the cheese curds lately have not been crispy. Tonight we did “curd” side, my husband sat in the parking lot for over 15 minutes to be told by the manager that they were busy and short staffed so our order got pushed by the kitchen, well whats the point of offering curbside if you do this to your customers. On top of everything they forgot my son’s ice cream and my husband had to go back. When he went back he could clearly see they were not short staffed. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to Waunakee they are so much better.
