I only come to a Kim’s establishment as a rare treat because I don’t live that close to any of them. The Chardon location is further but it’s where I usually go because of the positive experiences I’ve had in the past but thought I’d try this one again because I was on this side of town.

Customer service isn’t their thing. Their rude and will yell at you. They also never answer the phones. However their the best price,tasting comfort food in area. If you can tolerate rudeness enough to play your order and handle a long wait, you definitely will enjoy!

Walked in to the Euclid store with my girlfriend on Tuesday April 11th at 5:45 PM. There were 3 employees and they did not acknowledge us at all. After a long 5 minutes we walked out. We were the only customers in the store. Lucky for us there is a Wing Stop right on Lakeshore with great customer service and amazing wings.

I don’t even know where to begin with this place! Kim’s wings is a must stop location whenever I come to visit Cleveland! Their chicken is amazing! I have been to several locations around Cleveland and I have to say that each time I have been very satisfied! The customer service can be hit or miss depending on the day and time, but, the food is always outstanding! l make sure that I introduce my friends and family to Kim’s whenever I bring them to the city with me!

Ordered 20 wings with sauce paid $32.00 wings had no sauce on them order taker was very rude I came in 30 minutes before closing but if they would answer the phone I could have order them ahead she might would have still had the same nasty attitude
