The food was okay but not great, we got biscuits and gravy as well as the Florentine benedict with home fries. The home fries were the only thing I actually really liked, I would get those again just by themselves. The fruit cup had a wide assortment in it which was really cool.

I have passed Kim’s Family Restaurant many many times but had never checked it out. The outside of the building looks like it has been under construction for years. Which it has. After 5 years, the construction company is still working on it, but that is outside of Kim’s control. The interior of the restaurant is very nice. There are teapots on shelfs decorated in the larger dining area, and in the entrance is a counter area or plenty of tables to sit. The breakfast, which I love, is made to order. I have been getting the 3 eggs, bacon, and home fries for just over $8 dollars. The home fries are not your store bought, and they cook it, I suspect someone in the back peels the potatoes, slices them, and they are cooked like scallop style. Just like my mom or grandma made them. I love em. I would say the breakfast is filling and takes care of my hunger. The breakfast to me is like I had at home in my younger years. Forgot about the outside, go inside, and give Kim’s a try. Good food and great service. I have been here 3 times, and the breakfast is consistent. All very good.

My wife really enjoyed the Southern Slam and calling upon her Western PA roots proclaimed the biscuit gravy as the best she’s ever had. My own Greek-inspired omelette’s feta cheese was very fresh, creamy, and not overly salted; the star of the plate. Warm, nicely decorated, and friendly atmosphere with top-level service that checked in often. Nice Sunday Morning stop; glad we found it and will keep in mind.

Had a delicious breakfast at this friendly breakfast spot. The eggs were made to order. The bacon extra crispy which is what I requested. The French toast with canned apples was tasty as well as the pancakes. Service is always amazing and prices are very reasonable. It is a great small business to support.

I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap – be sure you let them know exactly what you want on it. It was a lot of food and it was delicious.

I love Kim’s Restautant..the.owner Kim takes pride in every plate served. The biscuits and sausage gravy is my breakfast favorite and her soup at lunch is made with love and tender care. Her prices are unbeatable anywhere..Please try it.

The onion strings and dip were excellent! This is certainly a local hotspot. It seemed most of the customers were regulars as the servers knew names and preferred beverages of many at the tables around us. All in all a good place for a reasonably price quality meal.

As an advocate for Mom & Pop spots, Kim’s is a place worth visiting. This quaint location seems industrial from the outside, but the inside is full of love. The staff were very friendly, each of them offering warm greetings and smiles. Even the owner, Kim is hands on, showing her dedication to quality service.
The food was delicious! I ordered breakfast: veggie scramble with mushrooms, spinach, and pepper jack cheese added, side of grits and wheat toast, and an orange juice. I liked that you can taste the ingredients’ freshness. The flavors were balanced yet fulfilling; nothing too plain nor too salty or buttery – though they offer any extra topping you could need. (There’s like 5 hotsauce options!)
My first experience here was a lasting one, and I’m excited to try the lunch menu next. Thanks Kim and all the staff for adding tasty happiness to my vacation!

We visited on Saturday for breakfast.The food was okay, coffee was pretty good. Our biggest complaint was the service we received. Once we showed up a young lady came and gave us our coffee and we informed her that we are ready to order. She said that she isn’t our server. Well, okay. Here is the problem, we had to wait another whole 20 minutes for our server to show up to take our order. We honestly thought they forgot about us and we were getting ready to leave. After she showed up the service was good but the wait was very frustrating and I would think twice before visiting here again.
