OMG. Slightly untypical local “hole in the wall” bar where all of the drinks are doubles! Definitely lots of local color. In many cases, very stiff pool competition, so don’t bet too much of your money with that stranger who looks like they only shoot pool like an amateur.

This place is utterly revolting. People doing drugs and peeing in the parking lot. It is so nasty inside you have to wipe your feet coming out. It is disgusting, I cannot comment on the drinks or the food for I did not stay long enough to find out. The police are constantly here. Between three and four times a week at least. A friend and I stopped in at Doubles for Super Bowl. We were welcomed by a snotty bartender and told that the best seats at the bar were being reserved for the owners.
The vibe was ice cold. No one was friendly and we felt like we’d crashed a family reunion.
Pass it by and try Marsha’s. It’s the opposite: friendly, lots of smiles and laughter, and cheerful bartenders.

I’m all in for the hole in the walls, they’re a favorite. Bartender stared taking my friends order and then decided to literally walk away and talk to a regular about some drama she was going through. When she came back, my friend gave her his order (Irish carbomb) and she didn’t know how to make it. At least two people tipped over from being over served. Wasn’t impressed and wouldn’t recommend, and that’s saying it lightly.
