We stopped by Kim and Jenny’s Cafe and absolutely loved it. The omelette and grilled chicken were so good we practically licked the plates clean. Everything tasted fresh, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The staff was friendly, and the new place feels bright and cozy, a perfect spot for breakfast or brunch. If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is officially our new favorite breakfast spot.

This is now my best go to restaurant / cafe when I am in the area.The environment is infectiously friendly.The menu was well crafted to cater for the breakfast and lunch crowds.
Very clean and you can also peep right into the kitchen.There is a small bar sitting area as well that makes this place an all round diner.
The menu has very reasonably priced selections. I went with the Breakfast#1 and then ordered the 2 PC Fried Fish to go.Both were delicious. The food was well seasoned and thorougly cooked to perfection.
This is a MUST try as you will definitely get hooked.
Ample parking and also wide windows that allows light.
The coffee was perfect.

Very good omelette. I can be a bit picky because I know what I like, and they had no problem, preparing my food exactly as I asked. Extra bacon, red onions, grilled into my crispy hashbrowns, The only item I would’ve given four stars is the gravy. It was a little bit institutional, but not bad.

We went to the new Kim & Jenny’s Cafe location in the newly renovated section of the Wheatland Plaza shopping center. Same great food with a nice new layout inside. They’re on the front corner closest to the light at Wheatland and Freeman and next to the DMV.
Cafe classics with breakfast all day. We went for breakfast. I had two scrambled eggs with ham and hash browns. They even subbed me cornbread, gluten free.
The food was great and I’m looking forward to going back for lunch.

I came in and was informed closing was in 5 minutes. Nonetheless the lady told me to order ASAP. I ordered a patty melt with mashed. It was superb. Theve translate brownie was a fantastic to-go treat too. Friendly staff and such a cute restaurant. I’ll be going back for breakfast. Well done.

The place is very nice and bright. Very clean and the servers were great. But the food, needs help! My husband had the waffle breakfast…nothing much to say…appearance was lacking, as well as taste. I had a double meat bacon cheeseburger….meat was paper thin…shoestring potatoes cold, very crispy to burnt. The meal was over $50…not worth it at all….the cafe need lots of work!

I ordered delivery and this food had hair in it and was sloppily put together. I had taken a bite out of the other chopped steak i ordered before discovering the hair and it tasted like grease and water. The food is terrible and handled poorly. Never ordering from here again. The cinnamon roll was dry and hard.

Visited the new location on the front of the center and was extremely disappointed.
The place is nice and bright and the service was good.
I ordered a meat lovers omlette ($13.95) and paid an additional $3 to get it loaded (vegetables).
Don’t let the names fool you.
What I received for $17 was what looked like a one egg omelette with very little meat and a sprinkle of onions and bell peppers for the loaded portion.
I was totally disappointed.
Back to Dick’s Uptown Cafe in Cedar Hill for me.
