This is now my best go to restaurant / cafe when I am in the area. The environment is infectiously friendly. The menu was well crafted to cater for the breakfast and lunch crowds.
Very clean and you can also peep right into the kitchen. There is a small bar sitting area as well that makes this place an all round diner.
The menu has very reasonably priced selections. I went with the Breakfast#1 and then ordered the 2 PC Fried Fish to go.Both were delicious. The food was well seasoned and thorougly cooked to perfection.
This is a MUST try as you will definitely get hooked.
Ample parking and also wide windows that allows light.
The coffee was perfect.
Cafe classics with breakfast all day. We went for breakfast. I had two scrambled eggs with ham and hash browns. They even subbed me cornbread, gluten free.
The food was great and I’m looking forward to going back for lunch.
Visited the new location on the front of the center and was extremely disappointed.
The place is nice and bright and the service was good.
I ordered a meat lovers omlette ($13.95) and paid an additional $3 to get it loaded (vegetables).
Don’t let the names fool you.
What I received for $17 was what looked like a one egg omelette with very little meat and a sprinkle of onions and bell peppers for the loaded portion.
I was totally disappointed.
Back to Dick’s Uptown Cafe in Cedar Hill for me.
