The most disappointing Vietnamese meal I’ve ever had — and the worst service to match.
I wasn’t planning to write a review, but this meal was so bad I can’t forget it. We arrived early in the morning, the place was empty, yet the food looked like leftovers about to be thrown away. The bean sprouts were short and broken, and the portions were so small it felt like they didn’t even plan to open for business that day.
As for the service, it was just as terrible. The man working there — maybe the owner, maybe a waiter — acted like serving us was beneath him. His tone was impatient and dismissive.
When it came time to pay, I still left a $5 tip, even though I really didn’t want to.
This review is 100% honest and unforgettable — for all the wrong reasons. My friend and I will never be back.

Really enjoyed the pho and the owner recommended the passion fruit chicken which was yummy. We also got various Hue rice cake items to-go. Their shrimp banh nam is my favorite! Location is very clean. Small parking lot with plenty of street parking.

So nice and clean and welcoming, I can’t wait to come back and support. I ordered a sample platter of the Banh Beo and other pressed rice flour dishes for a “light” supper and I’m suuuper full! My first time having that kind of Hue food. Total was just over $13 with tax and I tipped about $3. Service is so friendly and kind and my water got topped off several times. I piled on the chili sauce and green chilis. Even the restroom is so clean! Good veggie options too.

If you found this spot looking for BBH. Look no further. When sitting down and seeing the menu I already knew, like a spider sense it would be incredible. One of the best if not best bowl of BBH w/o having to go to OC/garden grove. Will let the photo speak for itself 🙂

This is the spot when you want a good and clean bun bo hue. The broth is nice and fragrant. Not oily like many other places. Maybe that’s the difference between a bbh from hue and other places? I’m not sure, I just know my family loves this place and so do I. We’ve been ordering their appetizers for every party since they opened their first location. Price is affordable too. The only time I eat bbh from a different location is when this place is closed.
