If they had a bad day at home or with another customer, it’s not other people’s fault. If they don’t want to work, then fine, let them leave and let those of us who do want to work have a good day at work…

I really hate to do this because I go here a lot, and I often feel bad for the women working because it’s so busy sometimes and the people they have to deal with, but today I had the worst service ever and it was more than something I want to just let go.
This morning there was a complete ogre working front register.
First off, I walk in not ready to order and this was the first time there was no line at all. I’m assuming this person was a manager because it had a grey collard shirt and that made it even worse, but I’m standing practically at the coolers and they loudly say “what can I get you!?” A little bit louder and it would’ve been a full yell. (Keep in mind every word out their mouth was straight rude with attitude) so I look at them shocked and say “I wasn’t ready to order yet but okay” and I just ordered my “safe” go to cause it can’t get messed up which is the 6 dollar meal. She goes “well! Do you want it egg and cheese or bacon egg and cheese” which took me back cause its a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and if I didn’t want bacon I wouldn’t have asked… they usually just ask what Bread I want and as I go to say on croissant she’s already saying “okay on a croissant and hot or iced” so again I stare for a second in disbelief why she’s cutting me off and being so aggressive, and I then just go yeah and I order THE SAME COFFEE I DO EVERY TIME HOT. And I even confirm it’s hot, and I order it, but because she kept trying to cut me off she couldn’t get down how I was ordering it and I had to repeat it 3 times. The she finally finishes belittling me over breakfast and goes to make the coffee and guess what? It’s iced. I hate iced coffee. And so I’m thinking how I just wanted to ignore it cause she rang it iced and I don’t want to continue to deal with this person, but then I think back to how they just talked to me and how they were trying to rush me and so I say it was suppose to be hot. This woman really said “well I asked you and even confirmed it and you said iced but I guess I’ll make it hot” now I’m not a confrontational person at all and I hate to be but I was so upset I had to defend myself and said “no actually I said hot, but you were rushing me and cutting me off. I get the same coffee all the time, you asked me and I said hot.” And I’m still not speaking to this person even half as bad as they were speaking to me. But what really pissed me off was the manager who was on sandwiches who didn’t say anything. I really hope she did when I left. I worked at dunks for years, I am so patient with those women at any dunks because I know how hard it gets, but I know a bad person when I smell one and she was stinking of misery. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and was checked out, taking it out on customers. Let’s say there is a .01 percent chance I said iced, even if , is that hot you talk to customers? Is that how you treat people? Cause usually I go “oops sorry I’ll make that again” I know mistakes happen but it’s about how you handle them. Idk if it was just me or if she talks like that to everyone, but if she is indeed a manager talking to even one person like that, her position seriously needs to be reconsidered.

Everytime I order here they always forget some food or drinks most of the time food and when I confront them at the window and say hey “where’s my munchins” I get an attitude and told she don’t put the bag together. Some old lady who’s never in a good mood mind you it’s frigid out right now and I work outside in the cold all day and that’s what I’m met with most mornings sucks I live right next to this place pretty much so I’ll have to go to another Dunkin further away.

I ordered 2 orders of plain bagel minis and when I got home to eat, I saw that both orders were everything bagels. I cannot eat these as they upset my stomach and I would go back but have no time to, this has never happened to me before at this location and I am very disappointed.

Absolute great place everybody that works here very professional and always on there a game at least to my experience. No matter how busy they are my coffees is always been correct. Never had an issue there one day server Ashley always upbeat, no matter what very professional actually they are all very professional. She’s just the one that I usually get served on the most by always will go out of my way to always get my Coffee when I do go to Dunkin will always be from there.

This place needs to be restructured.
Saturday morning 730am. I entered. No customers inside. Drive thru is empty. Im thinking awesome no wait. I was wrong. I stood there while 3 workers walked around. Not one asked if they could take my order. So I started my timer. I waited 7 minutes then finally said “ok u guys keep ignoring me ill go somewhere else” . The manager of this location needs to fire these peoepel and hire ones who actually work. Stay away from this. There are many others close by that will take your order.

There Subway next door that had one person doing everything. Glad Dunkin Donuts have a team. Took only 5 min for sandwich to cook. Had it on everything bagel. There a lot of choices around 5$ or less

I normally do not post any reviews on anything. However seeing that during this time is not busy and it wasn’t busy when I arrived I need to post this. I placed an order for a caramel frozen drink that has whipped cream. I pre ordered online and it clearly says whip cream. I pull up and said I have an online order and there was already a tone on the other end. She hands me the frozen drink with the whipped cream and she said is not in the sticker so you don’t get it. I tell her it was an online order and it was on there and she said of you didn’t ask is not going on. My online order clearly states it but instead of sitting there arguing with ignorant incompetent employees I drove off even though I had proof that the request was most definitely on the order. The Milliken Dunks is spot on and their customer service impeccable so far, they would have been like, let me check and just add it. Good Customer service is not so common. Annoyed and will not go back to that store.

Wish the cold brew wasn’t always watery every time I come the cold brew isn’t made the correct way . The cold brew should be darker and bolder than the regular iced coffee but instead it’s more watered-down. Another problem is the lady’s that work in drive-thru should learn to be more kind to the customers that are nice and tip them there’s no reason to be rude to people for no good reason. Oh and back to the cold brew try mixing it with less water you will get more customers
