The burger is reasonably priced for its size. I got the classic double size, which was big, for $13.70. It’s a better-sized portion for the price compared to Chick-fil-A or McDonald’s, and it also has better flavoring and quality. The food was ready fast, and the staff was friendly.

Normally we have good service when we go in and order so I thought nothing of it when I ordered it to be delivered on my lunch break however when I received it. The burger was definitely undercooked. This is why I’m rating it low today. Sorry Killer burger staff but please cook burger all the way through next time.

Ordered catering today for about 12 people and nothing was labeled. Several sauces were missing and several burgers formed properly. Weird when kids meal and it wasn’t even labeled properly. There was a random box labeled kids meal. This is really really bad embarrassing practice. We all have to touch each other’s food as to figure out who who’s this whose someone is missing their fries. How does this even happen? Did you do this on purpose out of spite if you don’t want catering orders don’t accept them.

Ordered the “Bender” with fries 10 minutes for the order is fast. Fresh ingredients served hot. I ordered take out. Great Service from a well trained staff. Thanks Idea! Parking is a challenge during busy times. Clean good place for an adult gathering or for watching sports.
