This is the best take out sushi and Asian food delivery place in the south end of New Rochelle! Much higher quality food than others! Not really an eat-in restaurant although there are a couple of small tables inside. The owners are good people

So I know what you’re thinking sushi from a gas station ??? but in this case looks can be deceiving . After walking in & looking around I decided to order myself some sushi & I’m glad I did . So I ordered a shrimp & avocado roll / spicy salmon & a spicy tuna roll . I can’t say it was all 10’s all around, but it was definitely tasty and fresh. Add to that a friendly staff & you have a winner

I am so happy to live right near Kiku because they are a solid, authentic place, which is so hard to find. Their beef and broccoli as well as the lo mein is as good as Chinatown. Some Chinese takeout places I’ve tried in the outer boroughs use really low quality meat and skimp on the good ingredients, but not Kiku! The sushi always tastes fresh and the proportion of stuffing to rice is perfect. There’s a parking lot right outside which is very convenient for pickup.

This is like a Chinese take-out low grade sushi spot. I couldn’t believe the lady touching the crabmeat sticks with her bare hands while touching the phone and register. That was just one of many poor healthy practices- it’s sushi- you need to be more mindful.

I will rate this little take out place 4 stars because their food is usually quite good and the lunch specials are so budget-friendly. The portions are just right and usually enough to have a small snack at another time. They are also allergy aware which always merits a star in my experience. My biggest complaint is that the staff is not so customer friendly plus they charge for each extra item – extra side of salad dressing or spicy mayo. I will go back but I have to remember to keep my positive attitude irregardless of the hosts energy.

I’m not sure what I expected from gas station sushi. But it certainly wasn’t 98% rice wrapped up in seaweed paper. I ordered four different rolls from this place. Every single one of them was rice. There was no fish to be found in any of them. That’s probably why they’re excluding people from entering the facility. Cuz they don’t want you to see that they’re not putting anything in the rolls but rice

In my opinion the best sushi spot in New Rochelle. But unfortunately, half the time, my experience is ruined and money wasted because no matter how much I repeat and they acknowledge my request, they STILL put spicy mayo on my food instead of on the side and it kills the whole moment for me. $60 wasted today! It’s a 50/50 chance that they actually remember to leave the spicy mayo on the side. Half the time I am satisfied and very happy with my food. Tonight .. I am suffering And disappointed… I don’t like wasting food so I’m suffering. I would’ve definitely asked for my money back if I had dined in… Be careful with your requests everyone!
