Very happy with this location. I haven’t eaten Kiki’s fries for about four months give or take because the location that’s closest to me never gets my order right. I always ask for garlic and the put a very sparse amount of garlic. So I was hoping that this place would do better although I did ask for extra garlic they did not disappoint. You could visibly see the garlic and taste it. It was delicious. I love Kiki’s fries and garlic five stars.

This place was clean and the food came out nice and hot! It was quiet, the staff were attentive , there was good music playing. The only unfortunate thing is, I started eating my food, then got caught in the after school crowd, and if you know you know how loud that could be. Anyway, I packed my food to and left. Other than that, I’ll return and be mindful of my timing 🙂

Went here for maybe the 3rd time ever..took my two kiddos with me around 9pm. Was a quick snack hopefully. Guy name named Christopher wouldn’t let us do our Kiki Frie Order half shoestring half regular. So disappointing and horrible customer service. If we just wanted one type of frie we would make them at home for a fourth of the cost. Whole point of eating fast food is options and quick. I mean they have all the different fries in the back, same cost either way. Anyways I had to teach a hard lesson to my kiddos about customer service and hard earned money and not just forking over money when a restaurant isn’t even willing to serve you. We ended up taking our money somewhere else which is so sad because it’s so easy to fulfill the order we asked for with all the items on hand. Eww, horrible customer service from Christopher who blamed his manager as the Culprit the entire time and took 0 responsibility. Places like this can and will go out of business, it’s just a matter of time.

My tenders were super chewy and I swear they had virtually no flavor compared to when I get them at other locations. The Kiki’s sauce was the only thing that made them edible and gave them flavor. Been to this location a couple times and am realizing this one just ain’t it. Tastes bland compared to other locations. I don’t know what they’re doing wrong.

Last couple of time I ordered garlic French fries and unfortunately they are NOT they used to be…not even close. They are dry like they been sitting there for hours. Very minimum garlic. Unfortunately those two times it was to go order and I find out later when I got home. I will not be buying anything from Kikis Chicken anymore!!! They went down the hill. Not spending my money for horrible product!

I love Kiki’s Wings, it just opened up on March 21st and I went to order a medium combo, which had a medium plate, drink, and ranch. The downsides to this place is that there are no restrooms open to the public and we have to pay for our own sauce because after the 1st sauce, it costs money. It became really popular as it opened. I see kids from Rocklin High School come in after school.

Not sure why but the bone in wings are never tender. They are meaty but without the sauce, mostly bland. I would not recommend it. The tater tots are greasy and did not impress me either. The restaurant is clean and modern. The staff seems distant and busy in back kitchen. There was no one at the counter. I walked in there and waited for a few minutes before someone noticed me. I don’t recall being greeted but it is not a big deal. This my second Kiki’s try since I visited the Rancho Cordova branch and I was reminded why I don’t frequent this place. I was reading the other reviews and I did experience a similar reaction — an upset stomach after consuming some of the chicken and tater tots last night.

Terrible chicken quality, felt and tasted like rubber . Started feeling sick about 30 minutes after eating just the garlic fries due to chicken being undercooked (inedible.) Both times ordering food from here I have requested a refund because it’s garbage. Kiki’s has a great reputation but has not yet failed to fail.
