This is my first visit at this Vietnamese Restaurant and I must say it was excellent. I went at around 0930, it was empty excep for two tables occupied. I was welcomed and greeted as i sat down. The dining area is clean, basic set up and minimal decor with a very low Vietnamese music coming out of the speakers. I can smell the aroma of deliciosness coming out of the kitchen. As i browse at the menu, I see that they offer Bun Bo Hue and Crab Meat Noodle soup which I wanted to try. But of course I went for my go to Pho Duc Biet, Combination Pho and the Spring Rolls and of course Iced Vietnamese Coffee.
The Large Combination Pho came out piping hot. The broth is clear, with enough fatty goodness and flavorful. A very well rounded broth, one of the best one in the island. Beefy and spices not overpowering at all and not too sweet. Very generous amount of meat toppings. The rice noodles are of perfect ratio to the broth and perfectly cooked. The herbs toppings are fresh and generous. I also love that they have chili oil available. The Spring Rolls was just okay. Smaller serving, and it tasted frozen and one was burn on one end. Next skip it and try something else. Minus 1 STAR.
Overall, food was authentic and great experience. Pho is the star of the show. One of the best I’ve had in Honolulu. I can wait to go back and try other dishes.

This restaurant serves the most incredible bun cha ca and banh mi I’ve ever tasted! The flavors are so rich and authentic, truly reminiscent of home-cooked meals. Each bite is a delightful explosion of savory goodness that makes you crave more. I found myself wishing I could order even more dishes to fully savor this culinary experience!

Casual Vietnamese restaurant with a diverse selection of noodle dishes from different regions of Vietnam. I tried the hu tieu Nam Vang, which was a delicious bowl of clear noodle soup. The flavor was solid, and while the squid and shrimp were just okay, the overall dish hit the spot. I’m definitely interested in trying their other noodle bowls. Service was quick and efficient.

I’m from Seattle where Vietnamese food is better, but my rating is fair. Their bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup), bun mang viet (duck noodle soup with bamboo shoots), com ga hai nam (Hainese chicken), com dac biet (rice combo), and thit bo suong (grilled beef ribs) were good for Oahu. I ordered rare & beef shank instead of pig’s feet for bun bo hue. Beef shank was fresh unlike other restaurants that served old meat. Food wasn’t strong on the taste which is good for healthy conscious diners like me. I especially love the big veggie plate and soup portion. I had to take leftover soup home because I was too full.
I recommend this Vietnamese restaurant if you want to try Vietnamese food. The restaurant is clean as well. An added bonus is the mini-split A/C unit to cool down from the heat.

Clean restaurant serving Vietnamese noodle dishes off King Street in Chinatown. Visited here with my friend who likes the Bun Bo Hue here.
Ordered the Bun Rieu (Crab Meat Noodle) to try something new but felt there was more filler ingredients (tofu and big wedges of tomatoes) than crab meat unfortunately…. Didnt look like what was pictured on the menu. Live and learn. Overall service was good on refills of water. 4 stars.

The best Bún bò Huế and Mi Quảng in town. Also, try their bún hến and chim cút bó xôi ( barely found it in mainland). Best place for central food of Vietnam ( món ăn miền trung). I have been in this place many times when I have a chance visit Oahu, Hawaii

We ate at Kiều every time our cruise ships dock in Honolulu. I usually refer this restaurant to all vietnamese cruise mạtes. But last time when we, a group of 10 people, came to Kiều. Due to the fact that we were still half full from breakfast on the ship. So we decided to order 1 meal per couple, the young lady server said they will up charge 80% for sharing.

Their bum bo Hue is the best on the island. I’ve tried it in many other places and no one else’s is as tasty, herbaceous, and filling. You will definitely get your money’s worth here.
Friends have had the Vietnamese beef stew, pho, and bum rieu and they have enjoyed them all. The French bread with the beef stew is excellent and less chewy (more Vietnamese) than your typical loaf.
I come for the bun bo Hue. The service and ambience are totally fine.
