This place needs a course in customer service. There was a Korean couple who ordered spring rolls which came with the brown sauce but I think they wanted the sweet and sour sauce; however, the owner lady rudely pointed out to them this is what you ordered and refused the request. How hard is it just to please the customer? You have the sauce, what’s the big deal!?? I vowed never to return to this place. You should never ever treat a customer like this. After reading other reviews I don’t think she cares about her customers.

I got the vegetarian noodles and they were a bit underwhelming unfortunately. They were underseasoned, but the veggies seemed fresh my friend liked the shaken beef though!

I currently live in a small town with very limited food options. Even the city that 40 minutes away doesn’t have good Vietnamese. So, while visiting grandma for turkey day I got a bahn mu, and steak and beef balls pho. Bangin! I’d order from them many more times if I was a local. Definitely give them a try. I was particularly drawn to the bahn mi but that’s becasue I haven’t had ine in the lingest time. Did not disappoint. The Pho broth was super flavorful. Again, give it a try.

The pho was quite delicious, and the fried rice was okay—nothing special. I appreciated the freshness of the pho ingredients, and the portions were standard. Overall, I would order from here again.

The pho here is wonderfully fresh and flavorful. They do not rely on heavy seasoning, yet the broth tastes rich and fragrant. It is definitely not the bland, watery kind some places serve. After finishing my bowl, even my usually sensitive stomach felt so much better. Highly recommend!

This gem of a restaurant is tucked away in a little corner of the complex that K&S Market is located in. But if you ever consider venturing in, you’ll be in for a pleasant surprise. It is nothing fancy and you won’t get a chatty server but if you want a flavorful yet super affordable meal you will be glad you stopped by.
There are many Pho restaurants in Nashville but no one can come close to their generous $7.95 Pho bowls! You can have an appetizer, entree and a Bubble Tea for $15 and that is kinda impossible to do anywhere in this day and age. I missed out on taking pics of the Pho dish but I got a pic of my extra bowl of just the Pho broth which is perfect for a rainy afternoon
They have a standard Vietnamese menu but there are also Chef Specials and a page of Authentic dishes. I can’t remember the Vietnamese names but the Stir Fry Beef with Vermicellie with a special house special sauce (No 8) which is $7.95 has become one of my favorite dishes here. 2 pcs of egg rolls with sauce is $2.50, and the plate of 6 pcs of Wontons for $4.50 came perfectly crispy with some dipping sauce too. This time, instead of the Pho, I decided to try the $11.95 Garlic Shrimp with rice and i was not disappointed! All the Bubble Teas are $3.50 with just fc$a small scoop of tapioca pearls and they even have a Herbal drink which is a full cup of all kinds of interesting things like beans, longans, seaweed etc served ice cold. My daughter’s loves their Pho.
COVID precautions: It was very empty during the time we were there. But we noticed mainly pick up orders so there wasn’t much to be worried about since there was ample space. The staff were all masked and they do request you enter masked as well and at least till you finish ordering.
PS – The only suggestions I’d offer them is to 1) offer the spicy chilli powder instead of just the Chilli oil and 2) fully cook the boba pearly or offer the Lychee jelly instead and 3) offer more non pork appetizers

Food is great, service SUCKS! Arrogant cashier, servers sit down on the tables, never ask what you need. You ask for to go boxes and they point you to a cart to pick your own. If you’re done eating you have to stand up and pay at the cashier. Do they deserve a tip?

I have actually ordered food from here two separate times before writing my review. All the items were specified as vegan, and the menu seems to be very accomodating. Generally, the food is super fresh, and I loved all of it! The first time I ordered, I got the Veggie Spring rolls and Veggie Vermicelli. I love whatever the tofu mix was that came with the vermicelli noodles. The flavor is great, and the tofu bits are kind of crispy but chewy. The spring rolls were also great with the peanut (hoisin?) sauce. The second time I ordered, I got the Tofu Spring Rolls and Tofu Vegetable Stir Fry. I think I liked the tofu spring rolls better than the veggie spring rolls, but they were both great. I really enjoyed the texture of the stir fried tofu. I hope to order from here again, because the food is amazing! I’m surprised I hadn’t eaten food from here before.

Ordered 2 pho bowls and the sizes were puzzling. Maybe because we are vietnamese and from Atlanta so portions are bigger but the medium is small and large is medium. The size of the meat was tiny! Imagine one piece of meat but it is cut into 2 or 3 pieces before serving …Like it is for kids. And you only get a couple of pieces. For the price I didn’t think it was worth it. With that said, the broth was wonderful! Not too sweet or salty, very clear. The spring roll had few strands of vermicelli and skinny and tiny. Sauce for it was salty. The water cups were tiny as well. Workers were speaking really loud to each other so at one point I couldn’t hear my husband. The hot tea was really good! Restaurant was really clean. We were finishing up and the bus boy came and took our full cups of water before we got to finish drinking it. Overall don’t think I will be back. You can definitely tell they are pinching pennies but I guess with the way things are now you cant ask for too much. Pay cash it’s 4% discount
