My husband and I wanted food trucks for our wedding reception back in April and hired Kickin’ Caribbean as one of them. Carrie’s truck was an absolute hit! She was so responsive and organized leading up to our event. She even made us a mango wedding cake as a surprise! The food was good, our event planners enjoyed working with her, our wedding guests had positive feedback when they tried her truck, she was on time and seemed genuinely excited to be part of our event. I would definitely recommend her when it comes to food truck catering!

I just ate at kickin Caribbean in Oldsmar for the first time. Food was absolutely delicious! The chicken just melted in my mouth. This is now my favorite place for lunch. They also have a food truck so keep an eye out for that around the city.

Newly opened and look to be expanding with outdoor seating to the back. I stopped for their jerk chicken which was excellent. Very good spice and the chicken was very tender. I will certainly be back.
