Can someone tell me what this is cause its mot chicken ! The bones resemble human bones and this is concerning! I didnt even eat it just thrown it away! Alcapurria was good but the plate i ordered was 30$ for them not to have pork and they said they will give me more chicken which i only received 6 pieces definitely not worth 30$ Kissimmee had trays u can get for 25$ and way more meat.

It’s hard to find good mofongo anywhere other than Puerto Rico, especially in Marion county. I’m happy to say I finally found the best mofongo at Del Encanto Food truck. Service is quick and the food is amazing.

This was my first time going and definitely will NOT be my last. The food was full of flavor and fresh. Portions were big. Music plays while you wait for your food, which I loved and customer service was great.

Demasiado rico! The food takes a bit as it is made fresh and it is so worth the wait. We have been twice and tried different dishes each time. Our favorite is the Encantofongo and it will be our order each time because it is absolutely delicious. The piña colada is also a huge hit for us as not everyone can make a good one.

Absolutely amazing! We got a little bit of everything—Mofongo con Camarones, pastelillos de jueyes and pizza, chicharrón, and pinchos de pollo. We’re from St. Cloud, FL, and came out this way for the bike trails. Originally planned to hit up a local BBQ joint, but we spotted this gem by the gas station thanks to my dad—so glad we stopped! Totally worth the money. They take their time, and you can tell everything is made with love.
Before leaving, we grabbed a takeout order for my mom. The photo here is of the food we returned after realizing we got the wrong order—but no worries, there’s always next time! Definitely coming back to order again.

This establishment provides outstanding Puerto Rican cuisine, which, in my assessment, surpasses that of several restaurants in the Tampa area. Given the made-to-order nature of the dishes and the restaurant’s popularity, a degree of patience is recommended during peak hours. I highly recommend this establishment.
