Kickback Jack’s is a great sports bar. TVs everywhere and always something to see. But, I was there for the food. As someone who appreciates a nice steak, I was satisfied with their ribeye and sirloin. Their mac and cheese, ribs, and wings are great too. OH and how can I forget their loaded mashed potatoes… I love a reliable restaurant. Speaking of reliable? Our waitress last visit was 10/10, she was so attentive and got us what we needed every time. Definitely a place I’d bring a friend to.

Went there for late lunch with a group. General consensus is that the food was good. We had pasta, tenders, chicken sandwich, and wings.
The only complaint for the food were the wings. I got the Mild Buffalo and the flavor was actually pretty good. Not sure if it was house made but definitely not the generic Franks Red Hot. The problem was the size. I though BWW was bad but I think Kickback’s is in a competition for the smallest wings possible. Definitely not worth the $13.50.
Atmosphere was horrible. Not sure if they want to be a bar or restaurant. We were seated by the door to the bar area and people kept going in and out. Not a big deal except for the horrible smoke smell every time the door opens. Definitely ruined the experience and enough to not make us want to return.

So we’ve been coming here for just over a year now and have NO complaints!!!
We usually sit at the bar and all the bartenders are awesome.
All the food is always on point and if it isn’t there is no issues getting it corrected.
Highly recommend for good chow, great atmosphere and some sports on tv!!!

Prices makes this place extra worth trying for the 1st time. Food was excellent aswell. Waiters were attentive and friendly. It can get really loud during certain hours. People love dining here in groups. The best part, if u have loud rowdy kids. They’ll blend right in, thanks to how loud the place can get. Some of their menu is seasonal. For instance the battered onion rings and the cake are part of their summer seasonal menu, unfortunately not available when we went to eat. . The chilie bacon cheese fries were the bomb.

The restaurant was very good. The greeters were very pleasant. For the most part the food was delicious. I ordered the rib and sirloin. The ribs were fantastic. The steak was overcooked and dry. The manager took some of the bill and even offered to recook the steak. I had somewhere else to be an I took the latter.. I will be eating here in the future. I am excited to try other items on the menu and I know for a fact that my other eleven friends will do the same.

We’ve lived in the area for 8 years and FINALLY decided to try this place out. I’m very disappointed that I waited so long. Not only was the environment perfectly capable of handling children, but the service and staff were equally helpful as well.
We all had different dishes and all were very well portioned and tremendously delicious. I had to ask for to go containers, as I couldn’t finish my meal. My kids (1yr & 3yrs) grubbed out with no problems.
Bottom Line: 100% satisfaction and new repeat customers gained.

Food, service and atmosphere when i go there is typically good. This is about the online takeout system. Ignore it and walk in when your food was supposed to originally be ready to pickup. I waited for it to update 30 minutes late trying to be considerate if they were slammed. Now, an hour later after getting my food home, reheating it and enjoy my nuked pasta as much as i can, the tracker site still says “wait until i click order is ready” to go in and pickup

The majority of the staff is awesome here, our waiter was awesome. My problem was the hostess that we had to deal with who had a complete garbage attitude and would not lookat you when she spoke. She set the original tone for our visit which was not good. We had a group of ten and she seemed defensive from the get go. I certainly would not go again if I knew I had to deal with her. The food such as burgers and the bang bang style shrimp appetizer were pretty good, my steak was decent but my sons seafood platter was unfortunately in edible. I tried it and it was very hard to swallow like way too much seasoning or maybe old oil, my son did get sick once we got home but other than that the food was good but thats why the foos is a 3. Service is a 3 because the majority of staff were so awesome that I can’t rate it entirely for their one 0 star employee
