We had a wonderful experience at Kickback Jacks on sunday afternoon. The food was AMAZIN!! Had spinach dip, fried pickles, wings and steaks. The spinach dip was definitely the best i have ever had. The steak was cooked to perfection, Wings had a great char. Our waitress, (Sophia) did a great job!!! She was fast and always knew what we needed before we asked. She was also super friendly and attentive. The only thing I have to make a note for improvement was, need more bartenders. There was only one bartender for the whole restaurant. . She was working g sooo hard. Drinks were great, and she was doing her best. I think they just need at least 2 bartenders. Definitely recommend. We will be bag again FOR SURE!!

First time and probably won’t be the last. We were greeted by our server within minutes. She was able to answer my questions about the menu. The kids meal came out first, perfect for hangry kids! Our food was fantastic. The philly was cooked perfectly.

This restaurant was a very good find! My significant other had lunch there the day before with a friend and wanted me to go! Mostly because he wanted to back for his favorite dish! So we went and it was exactly how he described, clean, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and really good food! We sat at the bar, Keith’s favorite place to sit. The server, Eden was quick with a greeting and a smile. She took our order and the food came out in good time and look amazing! The runner that brought out our food was so sweet and asked if we needed anything else and took our extra plates. Then Eden came to check on us as well, brought me some extra mayo. I couldn’t eat my sandwich but took it back to our hotel for later. They took our order for our poodle, Jolie Fleur, kids chicken tenders. I had the grilled chicken sandwich & Keith had the ribs platter we both had the baked beans and I would recommend trying them, because they were excellent.
What I have learned, never think that great customer service is a lost art, there still some wonderful people out there doing great service for the public. So I can absolutely say, if you are in the area and you’re hungry do mark this restaurant on your favorite list! You won’t be disappointed!

Fun atmosphere, great food, extraordinary server named Jaxon!(1428) Jaxon was friendly, attentive, helpful and efficient. The ribs and sirloin steaks were perfection. The fish and chips have to be the best I’ve ever had!!! Sides were delicious.

We just landed and we decided to get a bite to eat coming from the airport in Knoxville. And this place was on the way.. I had the fried pickles and my main male was sirloin with baby back ribs. It was actually made very well.. for a good price as too.. my wife had the hamburger she wasn’t too crazy about it it was a little dry. The service was really good. If I lived in the area I would be back, and I do recommend.

The food was good. Service was kind of slow, but it could have been due to less staff at the time we went after 2 pm. The food was great and decently priced for the amount of food you get (cheap compared to Oregon standards). I got chicken tenders, ribs, fries, and seasoned greens beans and the ribs were really good. I’m no rib expert, but they tasted really good and were not that messy.

Everything about our visit was wonderful! The food – absolutely fantastic! The ribs were SO good, along with everything else. But the best part was our server, Heaven. She was beyond welcoming. She checked on us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed and we’re satisfied. We will definitely be back, and will be asking to sit in her section. All in all, the best experience!

The only somewhat bad.. steak was med-well.. not medium as requested. It was still flavorful and tender. The firecracker appetizer was awesome. The fish was tender and cooked perfectly. Service was topnotch, attentive and quick. The girls of the back bar were awesome. We will be back!

My husband and I went to Kickback Jacks in Alcoa to celebrate our anniversary yesterday. We had an AMAZING experience. We didn’t have to wait for a table at all and this was probably around 5:30pm. We shared the Philly Eggrolls and it was the BEST appetizer that I’ve had from somewhere in a long time!!! My husband got the chicken wings and the Thai sauce was incredible. I got the Salmon and it was hands down the BEST Salmon from a restaurant that I’ve had..it was hot from the oven and so tender with an amazing crisp to it. My husband got an alcoholic drink and had an issue with it, but the fixed it without issue and we’re super apologetic about it. We also had THE BEST server, she was really on top of things and had a great personality!! I feel bad that I didn’t remember her name, but she had a jellyfish tattoo. Overall, we can’t WAIT to come back and try more yummy food!!!!

If y’all want a GOOD burger come here! Got the all American, add bacon & mustard and it didn’t disappoint. Typical sports “bar” vibes but very friendly oriented. Only complaint was once the music was turned off and the game was turned on it was SUPER loud. May have just been where we were seated.
