”I had a wonderful meal at Khun Nai’s restaurant last night. The food was incredible, especially the Peking Duck and the Som Tum. The atmosphere was also excellent, and the service was very friendly. I will definitely be back. This is one of my favourite restaurants!”

I have placed an order this evening for a delivery – they told me it would be 40 minutes and it has been over 2 hrs. I called a hour later and they said it was out for delivery and won’t be long. It didn’t arrive. They didn’t answer the phone for the last 50 minutes so I had no one to speak to. When the delivery man arrived he told me they are not being truthful when they said it was on the way an hour ago as it’s only just been cooked. Honestly this service is APPALLING. I even asked if they’d forgotten and they said no it’s on the way when it wasn’t. Lack of trust and honestly here

What a delightful find! We stumbled upon Khunnai Thai Cuisine during a Saturday drive to Hertford, and we’re so glad we did. The cozy ambiance drew us in, and the lunch set menu did not disappoint. From the Pad Thai Chicken with Crispy Tofu to the Mixed Seafood Chilli Basil with Jasmine Rice, every dish was bursting with flavor. The Chicken Coconut Soup (Tom Kha) was a soothing addition, and the Fried Ice-cream for dessert was the perfect sweet ending. The prices were reasonable, and the rum and coke with sparkling water complemented our meal perfectly. The service was exceptional – the lady who attended to us was welcoming and always wore a smile. We’re already planning our next visit, especially since there’s free parking at the back and we want to explore the River Lee just a stone throw from the restaurant. Highly recommended!

What a lovely place to go for a meal. When you walk in it feels welcoming and the decor is simply beautiful.
Service was quick and informative about certain dishes and how they should be eaten. Always checked to make sure we was ok and to top up any drinks we needed.
The food was some of the best Thai I have had in a long time. My seafood panang curry had a heat that builds over time but was not overpowering and the fragrance from the ingredients made my mouth water with each spoonful.
All the dishes were well represented.
The menu is extensive and of amazing quality, there is a story about the owners history which is a good read. All the items on the menu have an allergy key which made dinning there with a milk allergy very simple and easy.
Worth a visit. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

A really good lunchtime deal with their bento box deal for £12.95.
Includes a starter, main dish with rice, and vegetables.
It’s really good value for money and really delicious food.
They also do som tam (green papaya salad), which is one of my favourite Thai dishes.
Ask for it spicy if you like a bit of kick.

We tried this charming restaurant during the week when it was fairly quiet. We did enjoy the well presented food and high praise also for the great service.

Collected our order yesterday evening and was made to pay for a tiny bag of stale crackers. Then also Pad See Ew had loads of mushrooms in when previously Pad See Ew did not contain mushrooms. Not great service which is a shame as it’s our local Thai.

One of my favourite restaurants in the area. Tasty food, varied menu, good vegetarian options and friendly efficient service.

A quaint, little restaurant with a parking area at the back via the tight road at the side of the building. Food presentation was superb and service satisfactory however tastewise left something to be desired. Not bad per se, just didn’t remind me of Thailand.
