What a treat!

Finally stopped in to try this cozy little spot and will be back!

Had Khaosoi with Tempura, Khaosoi with Soft Shell Crab, and Pad Thai with Chicken.

The Pad Thai was good and worth ordering again but honestly I’ve had Pad Thai as good at a few different places. The standout for this first visit was the Khaosoi. What an amazing bowl of rich, savory, warm, slightly sweet, creamy and pleasantly spicy deliciousness!

The noodles remind me of freshly made but thinner ramen noodles. Tender and slightly chewy. It comes with a whole boiled egg, onions, picked veggies which go great with the broth and noodles.

I would have preferred a little not broth and was told I could ask to have a little more next time but it was delish regardless. Four hours later and I’m wishing I had another bowl in front of me.

It is clean, cozy, and cute. Nothing fancy but you’re there to eat, not contemplate interior decor.

Service was pleasant, attentive, but not at all intrusive. My new Khaosoi in the region.

I definitely recommend trying this place out!

I’m on a mission to figure out which restaurant in SF makes a mean Khao soi and I think Khaosoi Thai Cuisine was a great start.

It’s a very petite sit down spot with about a half dozen tables. The service is nice. My hostess was attentive and very sweet.

The food was very good. The Khao Soi was rich and the beef was SOOOO tender and a heardy proportion. I’d love to come back to try more dishes. I’m surprised to say but I wish the papaya salad was spicier but still very good. I also feel I will regret saying that when I get my next salad. Also I took the mango sticky rice to go (the rice was purple, fun!)…it was sooo good once I got home.

Was craving thai food and had heard good things. Wasn’t super familiar with khao soi and it was excellent. Beef rib and soft shell crab were excellent. All the broths and curries were excellent. The pad see ew was also unbelievably good.

A cute and cozy Thai spot with friendly staff and fresh food. We ordered Pad Gra Pao, Thai fried rice with fried chicken, and Pad Eggplant. The chicken was flavorful, and the smaller menu focuses on high quality dishes. A solid find in the Richmond area.

Great food, fast service, clean area. We left the Golden Gate park looking for a place to eat. We found parking on a side street and walked right in at 5:30 pm. The spring rolls and sauce was amazing. Pad chicken was great as well.

We had a great experience here! Started off with the samosas—crispy, flavоrful, and a perfect. For mains, we tried the Khao Soi Fried Chicken which was my favorite!, Green Curry with chicken, and Pad Gra Pao with beef. The Khao Soi was rich and creamy with just a hint of sweetness from the coconut curry, and the noodles were perfectly tender. The Green Curry was solid, and the Pad Gra Pao paired really well with the beеf and sauce. They let you choose your spice level, we went with mild, and it had just the right amount of kick.
Portions were generous and very satisfying. For dessert, we had “Mama’s Favorite” with sticky rice and corn and it was delicious and nicely balanced, not overly sweet. Also I tried the blue lychee drink, which was super refreshing and fun.
Service was fast, and the space itself is clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.

Pretty good food. When I went there was no wait and the service and atmosphere was really good. I thought the food was just average considering the price. The dishes were not as flavorful as I was expecting for Thai food.

Overall a cute place to grab food if you are in the area and don’t want to wait.

I’m always looking for Khao Soi as it’s my favorite dish hands down. And this place serves it as its main. It did not disappoint! And it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a really long time. Will be back!

The food here is fantastic, and the service is solid.

The Pad Thai had a bit more of a tomato flavor than expected, but it was still enjoyable. The Khao Soi with fried chicken was a standout—the broth was creamy, rich, and perfectly spiced. The chicken was well-marinated and crispy, making for a great texture contrast.

We’ll definitely be returning! 🙂

This is a really small, but cute restaurant. It was a huge disappointment. It took literally an hour and a half to get our food, and there were only 8 other people in the restaurant. I have no idea why it took so long. One person at our table’s food came out a full 10-15 minutes before everyone else, so that was awkward. We finally got our food, which was okay enough. It was different from the Thai food I had in the past, Im no expert, so to each his own. But by the time we were FINALLY finished eating, out came our edamame appetizer! I was so done with being there that I had them wrap it up to go. I dont know why everything took so long; they did have quite a few take out orders, but nothing that should have made it take almost 2 hours to get dinner.
