I’m sad to do this..Had an issue with my food it was burnt and tasted like old grease. They called me back said they were changing the oil, they did give us new food, unfortunately it was WAY LESS than what I paid for.
First pics are of the first batch, second is of new food.
We drove from Conneaut twice to get food, I was hoping for a full meal for the whole family. 3 fries each I offered to bring back the burnt food, I was told I could toss it. DEFINITELY threw it out. It tastes like burnt plastic and old oil and just burnt.
This is my first negative experience here tbh. Everything has always been great. I’m sad but life goes on.
Best $5 PIZZA EVER! Don’t ever leave

The mega brownie is delicious. My husband says the chicken parm sub is one of the best he’s ever had. The calzone was the only issue, I did not order it with chicken, but it came with chicken – good thing I’m not a vegetarian – but again, one of the most delicious calzones I’ve ever had. And their prices are much better than what we have on the East Coast.
