The place was pretty empty when we. Good for us since we were hungry after a round of golf.

Tom Yum Goong – diluted. Sad
Coconut shrimp- was good but I think each deep fried piece contains only half a shrimp. Too pricey for the value.
Fried tofu – nothing special.

Stir fried Pork w/ Basils – not bad. Probably my favorite.

Pad See Ew – way too sweet and tofu was tough. I wish I ordered it with fresh, non-fried tofu instead.

Beef curry – gravy was good but I can’t taste the curry. We thought we ordered the wrong entree but the owner / chef confirmed that it was red curry.

Fried banana w/ green tea ice cream – it was good but small portion. It was one fried bananas cut in 3.

The soup was lukewarm. We asked if the Chili Basil lunch with tofu had vegetables and the answer was “no.” We asked if the Green Curry Tofu lunch had vegetables and the answer was “no.”
Vegetables were added for $3.50. If we had not asked for vegetables, there would have been nothing in either dish beside the tofu. Both dishes were okay, but not great. Tea is served by the cup, $3.00, not by the pot. Two cups of tea for $6.00.
Service was inattentive although only a few customers for lunch. The server was pleasant but turned sour once we made asked questions and made comments regarding the food and tea.
We have been before and it was okay, but after a few times, we realize this is not a place for us to find great Thai food and professional service.

Pot stickers are 5 stars – including their unique sweet dipping sauce. So good it is drinkable. I rarely give restaurants 5 stars for pot stickers. It is truly rare that you can order $15.95 Chicken Pad Thai & $4.00 Pot Stickers & Sushi in same place … but here you can.

Highly suggest you add Extra Chicken for ONLY $2 more as they will double the chicken content. I’ve NEVER had Pad Thai with more CHICKEN than this place and I’ve had it all over the USA. The sauce is a little unique and I’d give the pad Thai sauce 4 stars, but they offer extra sauce and the portion is huge so in the end I give it 5 stars. 1 meal = 2 meals for most.

You can definitely get better Pad Thai flavor elsewhere, but not the quantity of the chicken. So the value is 5 stars.

Have very much enjoyed the food at Kaho Thai. We have tried a number of other restaurants and haven’t found one thst is better. To top it off, they also have sushi so everyone in the family can get what they want. Super friendly staff and very fast. Would highly recommend!

I have had traditional home made Thai food before and this is by far the best Thai Food I have had in years. The environment is warm and inviting with class and a unique upbeat of je ne sais quoi. This beautiful little restaurant is a must. Great for first dates, first impressions, quite dinners, and long-time reunions…

Khao Thai has a really nice combination of sushi and cooked food. Appetizers are fast and delicious. Sushi is cut well and plating is pretty to look at. Portions are good too for the price. Service is prompt and friendly. The sushi rolls have an interesting Thai influence. Ending the meal with Thai sticky rice is also nice.

Not only is the food outstanding with beautiful presentation, but even TO-GO orders are impressive. I couldn’t resist taking a photo of the sushi tray with decorative “greenery” upon which they placed the ginger and wasabi. They’ve even included packets of ICE before. The containers for the Crab Rangoon have corner vents to ensure that they remain crispy. It’s obvious that they want to preserve the integrity & quality of their dishes. This is not “typical to-go” food and yet the prices are so wonderful and the food delightful that we order it and pick-up quite often.
My favorites are the Sushi Rolls (any: California, Tuna…), Crab Rangoon, Spring Rolls & Chicken Pad Thai (pictured). You can just see how gorgeous (delicious) the rice noodles are, the chicken is absolutely tender, the chili powder (in a side container) makes the dish as spicy as you’d like, and the side container of crushed peanuts makes the dish PERFECT with the flavor, yes, but the added texture (crunch).

Whether you dine-in or order to-go, this restaurant is exceptional!

Updating my review after getting takeout. The mixed vegetables was just carrots and broccoli and was a pretty disappointing dish. My green curry was better with plenty of tasty eggplant but also lacked on other veggies.

Lunch dine in was good, these takeout dishes less so.
